I've had my Bronco serviced at Valley Ford twice. The first time it took me about 3-5 phone calls to book a service appointment. The first service went well, but spent about 2 hours getting an oil ch The first time it took me about 3-5 phone calls to book a service appointment. The first service went well, but spent about 2 hours getting an oil change and tire rotated. I forgot that I bought the Ford protection plan and paid for the service; had I remembered about the plan, it would have been paid for by Ford (that was my mistake, but I would of hoped that they would have checked). The second service was 5k miles after the first one and again I had to place 3-5 calls to final get someone to book the appointment. During this oil change and tire rotation, the tech found an issue with the front differential. They didn't have the part, but would order it and let me know when it's in. A month rolls by, and I call to see if the part arrived. They stated that it was on back order, but should be arriving in 3 weeks. Another month rolls by, I call and they state to call back again because the service guy was busy. I called the next week and got the same, "service guy was busy" call again. Another week, but this time got the service guy and the part would be arriving in a couple days and they would call. I waited two weeks for the call that never happened. I called again and they thought that I already received the part, but would order it again. At this point, I'm sure they gave my part to another customer that was having the same issue. But I waited another week to see what the situation was. Again, the part had not arrived, but they would call when it does. This time I booked an appointment with another dealership and they didn't have the part but they could have it the next day. And as promised, the other dealership had the part and installed the following day. I will never deal with this dealership ever again; I'll pay extra $$$ to have my vehicle towed elsewhere, if I ever run into problems. More
