They were very honest and did their best to help us get a wireless keypad installed. Unfortunately, the new trucks aren’t on the same frequency as the keypad Ford sells online, but they did their best to try wireless keypad installed. I would not recommend this dealership. I was played, lied to, and ignored. I have everything in writing, and the slimeball salesperson I dealt with, M, should be fired. I’ll be seeking further remedies after the weekend. I have held off on this review because I was giving them a chance to fix it. Despite making promises, they have not.
