Service Dept. I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation with the service dept. They did a great job servicing my car. Terrbile service department Service was terrible , Drop off my vehicle to be checked a day went by no one cared to call.Second day called no one returned my call. 3rd, 4th 5th Service was terrible , Drop off my vehicle to be checked a day went by no one cared to call.Second day called no one returned my call. 3rd, 4th 5th 6 day and no word on what they had found on my vehicle. Drop by this morning and after 2 hours of waiting and seeing the girl run around with poor people and customer skills finally she was able to give as a Bill of what it would cost. Im sorry but since Erick or Rick , Shawn left your place your service department is worth a PEANUT. WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN , NOR RECOMMEND SOME ONE TO BUY A VEHICLE THERE! Bought 3 vehicles for there , Sorry to inform you that from now on Toyota and FORD will have our businesses . Have a great day and hopefully you improve what poor service you have there. More

Garrett Beavers showed me the one truck they had with the large discount and encouraged me to take it to show my wife. When that truck was not exactly what I wanted, Garrett took the information of the very specifics I was seeking. Within two days he located the exact truck I wanted, sent someone 200+. Miles to get it and had it cleaned up ready for me to pick up. He was very knowledgeable about the numerous features and explained them well. While his job is to sell vehicles, Garrett made me feel like my needs were in his best interest . I am very pleased with the truck and my experience purchasing it. Gary Edgmon More

Terrible experience buying from them! I had a terrible buying experience at Ed kirby in Dalton, Ga. bought a Cadillac SRX back in July 2015, the sales person told us that most of their use I had a terrible buying experience at Ed kirby in Dalton, Ga. bought a Cadillac SRX back in July 2015, the sales person told us that most of their used vehicles are in good condition, that most of them last at least 2 years without any major problems. Two hours after getting the car the check engine light come up so I called the sales person and she just said that it was a done deal there was nothing she could do about it. I had to go to work that night (driving a truck) to California so After two weeks when I got back, opened one of the back doors and it just come off. I fixed it 6 months later trying to fix the check engine light (thinking that it was just a sensor) found out that the problem was something wrong with the camshaft, 5 months ago the transmission broked. Bottom line is that I'm paying $15,000 for a peace of junk that comes from Ed kirby Chevrolet in Dalton,GA. More

I went in to the dealership not with the intention of buying a new car looked at all the used vehicles but none of them caught my eye I was going to l I went in to the dealership not with the intention of buying a new car looked at all the used vehicles but none of them caught my eye I was going to leave Brian k Webb approached me and asked if he could help me I told him I was looking for a good used vehicle I told him I did not see any on the lot I was interested in he showed me to his office we talked about what was looking for he pulled up some vehicles on there website we looked over still nothing that grabbed out to me I looked out to the show room floor and saw exactly what I was looking for I told Brian k Webb that is the one I wanted it was late in the day on that Saturday some of the employees had already left for the weekend Brian k Webb did not stop me from leaving there that day with the car we filled out some paperwork and they open the show room door and pulled it out side Brian k Webb told me they would have the rest of the paperwork Monday I went back on Monday and finalize the paperwork on the new 2015 Chevrolet Trax thank you for all your help brain k webb when it's time for another car or truck Brian k Webb we will be back again thank you from all of Ues at the Hinds Family.
