I made an hour drive to Ed Voyles KIA of Chamblee and do not regret one second. Lanny and James were two of the easiest going "car salesmen" I have ever dealt with. I felt like it was more of a friendship not regret one second. Lanny and James were two of the easiest going "car salesmen" I have ever dealt with. I felt like it was more of a friendship that an business relationship by the time I walked out of the dealership driving my new KIA Optima. I took my 2011 Soul to another dealership to have a strange sound found and repaired. They told me it was the suspension and I had to go back a second time to have the repair done. Apparently they did not fix the problem, so I took the car to Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. They discovered the actual problem (a broken hatch latch), ordered the correct part, and I am very happy to not have a weird noise in my car anymore. I will say that it took a total of three visits because the part was supposed to arrive on a Friday (I called and they said it was there) but it wasn't actually there until Monday, so I had to go back twice after my initial visit. I wasn't there very long any of the times, so I didn't mind much. Sam was very nice and helpful; he seems trustworthy and I will definitely take my car back to this dealership. I am just so glad that there is no more annoying sound in the back of my car!! More
This dealer is easily the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Prior to coming to Ed Voyles, I went to two other dealerships, Cobb County Kia, and Carriage Kia in Gainesville. Both dealerships harasse dealt with. Prior to coming to Ed Voyles, I went to two other dealerships, Cobb County Kia, and Carriage Kia in Gainesville. Both dealerships harassed me for weeks before I finally went to Ed Voyles. Jerome Pardue is one of the most easy going sales people I have ever dealt with. I told him my price and said if he could make that happen then I would sign, and he made it happen just like that. This no BS approach was greatly appreciated after having put up with the other dealer's crap for way too long. The quality of work and friendliness at Ed Voyles is head and shoulders above the competition. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the price and my overall experience. I would recommend Ed Voyles Kia and Jerome Pardue to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
First oil change with this dealership; the staff were all nice and professional. Sam explained service details; and Olga helped with getting touch up paint. But also don't recall other dealerships being as friendly as this. More
The intention was just to look at a car and compare it with the competition.Did a test drive, was impressed, then went across to the competition and did a test drive there. Sam's customer service was great. He made sure I had a ride to and from work. Because the alignment machine stopped working but was fixed before I was to pick up my car, I had to wait at the dealership. ride to and from work. I went in after receiving a coupon for service in the mail. I was greeted pleasantly, and someone asked me right away what I needed. I took my husband's car in for oil change and a couple other minor ser mail. I was greeted pleasantly, and someone asked me right away what I needed. In spite of the dealership having just opened they did a good job of working through the sales process. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. This is our second Kia and we have been quite impressed with the quality for the price, and we have owned BMW's, Mercedes, Jags and Lexus for many years. One of the great things about Kia is that you do not need premium gas. We love the look and performance of the Optima and you can't beat the technology for the price. We look forward to enjoying the same level of service when we bring the car in for maintenance as we had during the sale. More
