Being a single woman purchasing her first new car with very limited automotive knowledge, the thought of approaching a dealership was intimidating to say the least. Jerome Pardue sold me my vehicle and took every step to ensure that we moved at a pace that I was comfortable with and that I was as informed as possible about my purchase. His knowledgable and friendly attitude made ALL of the difference from other dealerships that I visited...and that was alot. Taurus Williams handled my financing and was also patient and courteous. He made the task of applying for and processing a loan pleasurable and undaunting. I can only relate my last experience to a cruise my wife and I took, we had an owners suite and a butler and concierge. It was fabulous. From the moment that I entered this dealership I was impressed by the personel. They were genuinely helpful and honestly friendly. I dealt with parts, service, and cleanup people and everyone not only answered every question and were helpful but even when I intenionally pushed them a little they were in a word professional. Albert Ridgeway was my sales person, he constantly suprised me by anticipating my needs and being proactive while remaining unobtrusive. The General Manager David Booth is an impressive business man, he projects the best qualities of business ethics with the demeanor of a true southern gentleman (just ask my wife).
