I was very please with the customer service I received at ED VOYLES KIA. I seen a commercial on TV regarding the Deals Ed Voyles was offering. At firt I told my husband I bet this is another scam but the more I listened to the commercial I wanted to go to the dealership, so I called and spoke to Jerome Pardue. I explained to him that I had some issues. He told me that they could work with that. I went to the dealship and they were great. I made a appointment to see Jerome Pardue at 2:00 pm and to my surprise he was waiting on me. What impressed me the most was he listened to what I wanted. He did not pressure me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his customer service. I would also like to give Kudos to Taurus Williams the finace manager he was able to work a miracle. I was able to walk away with a 2012 KIA Sorento. They gave me the Kelly Blue Book vaule for my trade in plus a extra $1000. I did not have to put any extra money down and Taurus was able to get me an interest rate of 5.99%. This was unbelieveable. Thanks so much. I would recommend Ed Voyles KIA to anyone with issues. More

They tried to scam me and they lied to me about pricing and they lied to me about having a specific car on site. After leaving that dealership I went to the Ed voyles Kia of chamblee. Robin wood was the sales associate they helped me get the exact car I wanted, a dune colored automatic Kia soul. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I will recomend everyone I know to her. Taurus Williams was very helpful in the loan Department. He helped me out a lot. He was also very friendly. I left there very happy and excited about my brand new car!! :) More
I visited this dealership three times. First to test-drive, then to buy, then to deliver a check. The first time, I was greeted instantly (before entering the building). I said I wanted to buy a new 2012 Kia Soul. Instead of showing me a new one, we test-drove a used 2011 model. I didn't even realize it was the 2011, until we were back inside viewing paperwork. I inquired again about a new 2012, and asked about options / OEM add-ons. My salesman opened Kia's website on his monitor, and began browsing to find answers. He was somewhat unsuccessful. This did not instill confidence. He continued to be friendly. I felt very comfortable, no pressure. I was then shown a new 2012 with no window sticker ... I was told the vehicle had been purchased and returned. It had ~400 miles on it. I decided since it's such a small figure, I was still interested. When I returned to buy the car, I had to haggle for hours over price. Then, I had to wait another hour (literally) for 'entering information into the computer.' I'm happy with my purchase and everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant. Ultimately I got the car I wanted. But the process could have been much more streamlined and efficient ... After my second visit, I emailed both my salesman and the business manager. Neither replied. To this day, neither has replied to those emails. I have received coupons and mailers from a half dozen other dealerships visited, yet absolutely nothing from Ed Voyles. More

David Booth (GM), Albert Ridgeway (Sales Consultant), and Skip Mullen (Business Manager)were all very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, expectations. David Booth (GM), Albert Ridgeway (Sales Consultant), and Skip Mullen (Business Manager)were all very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. Albert Ridgeway was fanstastic and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car. He took the time to explain the features of the car I was looking at and was super during the whole buying process. No pressure at all. More
I was very pleased with the entire expierence from beginning to end. Albert was knowledable about the different models and did not pressure me at anytime. I brought my car for an oil change and it was discovered I had a nail in a tire and needed a new tire. Sam was my Service Advisor and was very helpful. Sam told me he had to order the tires as they didn't have them in stock and when I brought my car back and dropped off, he made sure I had a ride to work and kept me informed of the status of my car. when I came back to pick it up he made sure it was ready and had been checked out. He was very friendly and open and it made him feel trustworthy and I didn't feel like I was being lied to. Sam is a great asset to the team. I spoke to Derrick about a cargo mat which I purchased and he took the time to put it in my car - and it didn't fit. Derrick then determined he had to order one that would come in within several days - and just happened to be the day I brought my car back to get the tires. When I came to pick up the car the mat had already been put in my car so I didn't have to do anything. What great team work!! Connery (?) I am sorry - I can't remember his name. He took me to work after I dropped my car off on Tuesday 4/17. He was very friendly and another superior employee who shows what great employees are at Ed Voyles Kia! I was unsure of the new dealership as I was used to and liked Kia Headquarters staff, however, I have to say that Sam, Derrick and Conner (?) made me feel very comfortable and I will be glad to go back to Ed Voyles Kia. They did a wonderful job getting me the deal that I wanted. After I found a better price online at another dealership nearby, they matched that price and then gave me a better one. Without reservation, this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life - I am 61 years old, so I have owned a few. My car wouldn't start that morning and had to get a jump. After work, it barely started again and the check engine light wouldn't go off. With traffic, I didn't get to the dealership until 20 minutes before closing. I was afraid to leave it overnight since I wouldn't have a way to get back. So, Joe figured out it was probably the battery, and checked to see if it was still under warranty (it wasn't). Within 20 minutes I was out of the door with a new battery and a running car. He was my hero for the day! I'll definitely be back. More
