They gave us the closest appointment which was next month (4 weeks later). We dropped off the car on the day of the appointment and after 4 -5 hours they called us for pick up. When I went to pickup the car they told me they don't have the part in stock and they have to order from Kia. I asked them what did you do in 4-5 hours and their response was (INSPECTION THE CAR). Finally, they gave me another appointment which was the next month (March, 2023). Again I dropped off our car and asked the advisor to make sure they receive the part and they can complete the service so they told me yes we have the part and we can finish it in 3-4 hours. I came back home and after 4 hours I called the service department to check the status of the car and they said we need another 1 and half hour to finish the job. We went to dealer after 5 half hours for pickup and they told me that they didn't replace anything because of (HECH CONNECTOR) damaged. I was very angry and I need an explanation about this irresponsible act so, I went to service manager office to talk to him and unexpectedly he was rude and without and apology told me that what do you expect? your car is 15 years old and we don't have all parts in stock. I asked him you genius didn't see the damaged connector in first appointment or even this morning? I don't know how they running this company but I am pretty sure they doing nothing and steeling people's time. If this was my company I FIRED him right away. I as a customer bring money to the dealer you hold my car twice for doing nothing and charge the Kia Motor for hourly labor. What the F***K. I called Kia customer service and open a case but I will NEVER EVER BUY ANY KIA CAR AGAIN. Nobody cares that you took 2 times day off to bring the car for fix. More
Disappointing service department. NO LOANERS even though they’re already planning to keep my car for a minimum of 3 days. I purchased my car from this dealer. My front sensors quit wo NO LOANERS even though they’re already planning to keep my car for a minimum of 3 days. I purchased my car from this dealer. My front sensors quit working after a software upgrade. I called in January, the soonest diagnostic appt for service was April.. ok, fine, the car is still drivable, so I scheduled. Last week (3/20ish) I get a call to cancel my appt. Now it has to be pushed to late May. When I asked how long the diagnostics would take, I was told 48 hours! Ok, is there a loaner that I can get? NO!!! “We don’t do loaners, you’ll have to call around to other dealers, but you can get a rental on your own and IF it’s a manufacturing issue you can turn in receipts for reimbursement. For the record- I called every Kia dealer in Atlanta and none of them do loaners. I’m so shocked by this! It’s super inconvenient and not great customer service. More
Any dealer that is willing to screw with prices to make a dollar is sleezy at best! Try a $10,000 "market adjustment" over MSRP on the Telluride and a $15,000 adjustment over MSRP on the Carnival! NO SANE PE dollar is sleezy at best! Try a $10,000 "market adjustment" over MSRP on the Telluride and a $15,000 adjustment over MSRP on the Carnival! NO SANE PERSON WILL PAY THAT!!! You're taking advantage of inflation and making it worse with the excuse that "due to limited supply, they can do that." I cant work with a dealer who isn't honest and is ok operating that way! Go somewhere else!!!! More
I brought my car in 5 times between June of 2021 and January of 2022 due to a check engine light. I was told that it was the starter & battery, then it was a "false error", then "they couldn't look at m January of 2022 due to a check engine light. I was told that it was the starter & battery, then it was a "false error", then "they couldn't look at my car on a Saturday because there was no mechanic", then it was the temperature gauge, and finally it was the head gasket. It took A MONTH for them to diagnose the issues with my car. They assured me that the head gasket repair was covered by my warranty and that I would only have to wait a few weeks to get the parts in. When I called for a status update three weeks later, somehow the issue became the fault of a car accident that happened EIGHT MONTHS PRIOR; not only was it now the head gasket AND engine damage, but the car "wouldn't start" (even though I'd driven it TO the dealership), and it "voided my warranty". They wanted NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS to repair my car. I got my insurance company involved, and it took them six weeks and THREE in-person visits (one from me, and two from the insurance company/their affiliates) to get my insurance company the paperwork they needed. After SIX MONTHS, my car is still not repaired, and it has been a living xxxx. They didn't offer me a loaner or a rental. My car has been towed to me because they threatened to have it impounded and considered abandoned. Somehow all of this is due to a faulty replacement part (although the parts manufacturer has found no issues with the part after three rounds of testing...) In reality, this Kia just doesn't want to be held responsible for the damage to my car that they somehow couldn't prevent with FIVE TRIPS to the dealership. The cherry on top? I'M STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS CAR BECAUSE I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW. Please avoid this dealership at ALL costs. They're not worth the literal panic attacks! More

I had my car towed there 2 months ago because my car was using to much oil. I have been doing the oil consumption test and then they finally realized what the problem was. I can’t get in touch with anyone a using to much oil. I have been doing the oil consumption test and then they finally realized what the problem was. I can’t get in touch with anyone and they will not return my phone calls when I leave a message. The service manager is a smart xxx and arrogant to customers like me. They know that I need a new engine and I am well still under warranty and they won’t do anything to rectify this situation. I am about to put them on the news and the BBB to get this done. More
yMy thanks to Daniel Martin of the Service Department. My car was towed to this dealership after being run off the road damaging the two right tires/wheels. Daniel kept me apprised of the damage and what was car was towed to this dealership after being run off the road damaging the two right tires/wheels. Daniel kept me apprised of the damage and what was being done to repair. He timely provided information needed by the claims adjuster. He answered my numerous questions with absolute respect and attention to detail. This was my first time with Ed Voyles Kia Chamblee but I will certainly look forward to working with dealership in the future. More
These guys are a bunch of charlatans. Like some of the other reviewers, we drove a long way to arrive to a price much higher than listed for one of their vehicles someone else has traded in. Every time we other reviewers, we drove a long way to arrive to a price much higher than listed for one of their vehicles someone else has traded in. Every time we negotiated down, they found some new charge or fee that needed to be added back. Even after we agreed to a price, they kept me, my husband, and my two small children waiting for HOURS. Then, when it was finally time to sign paperwork, there were yet more fees or unaccounted for expenses. We were ready to walk out and asked them to just put the tag back on the vehicle we drove over for a trade-in, and they came back to the agreed upon price. We were there for over three hours with restless kids who were starting to get hungry and fussy, but the employees were just sitting in that little room in the front shooting the breeze. I hate dealing with a bunch of crooks. Of course, when I got the car home, there were a number of things wrong with it that I could not have known at the time of the purchase. I expect to have to replace tires on a used vehicle, but they sent us home with my kids in the car on overinflated tires that were dry-rotting on the side you can't see! It's one thing to nickel and dime the public to make your living, but it's quite another to knowingly put someone's kids in danger! Moreover, the alternator gave out not two weeks after purchase, and the sunroof was rigged to disguise the fact that it is broken. Now, after a few uses, the vehicle is in my garage waiting for the sunroof to be fixed before I can drive in all this rain. The experience with this dealership was terrible overall, but I was okay with that thinking I was bringing home a safe, reliable family vehicle. Now we're inching up to a couple thousand dollars in repairs, and I just hope I can keep future customers from having this same experience. The area is full of other, better places to buy vehicles. I have purchased my previous two from this area, and I had much better experiences (shout out to Jim Ellis). Please learn from our mistake and shop elsewhere. More
