When we came into the store, the folks were friendly and the test drive was really quick. We were just starting our search, so I really appreciated the quick test drive. Later that week, reached out to the sales rep about the trim packages we liked on the Telluride and information about my trade in. The email we got back just gave us the pricing and nothing about our trade in or next steps. So I emailed again about the pricing we saw online and asked about next steps to trade our car in and look at the trim packages of the Telluride they had onsite. The next email I received was terribly written - grammar and sentences didn't make any sense and yet still no "next steps" to come in and make a deal. So I called into the store, asked for a sales manager, left a message and I still haven't received a call back. We ended up going to Jim Ellis Kia and getting the vehicle there. More
Terrible customer service in the service department. Doreen needs more training. When she informed me about the status of my vehicle, the status kept changing and remained inconsistent. She also sent me the wrong information TWICE about my car. Why keep texting me when you are not 100% sure of the status of my car? Doreen needs to not sound defensive when a customer asks a simple question. While on the phone with Doreen, I inquired about speaking to an actual technician so they can describe the work that was done on my car. She got VERY defensive and argumentative. She said I could not talk to a technician. I asked her about specific technical issues and she got defensive and said, “ I don’t know I’m not a technician.” Sooo shouldn’t I talk to a technician instead of you if you cannot explain anything to me? Eventually she said I can talk to the technician manager. When I arrived in the service department, I was able to speak to the service manager who also had terrible customer service skills and seemed EXTREMELY upset cause I requested to talk to him. While talking to me, he gave me an attitude as if I was an inconvenience to him. However, Doreen’s mood completely changed when I was talking to her in person, she was not defensive or rude. However, she read what the technician wrote word for word on my statement. I don’t need someone to read off the document, i can do that. I need someone who knows how to explain why and how my issue was remedied from beginning to end. She also told me she didn’t have the paper in front of her over the phone. That would have been an awesome detail to mention when we previously talked instead of the attitude. Doreen is nice when you do not request to speak to someone else. It is odd that I cannot talk to an actual technician at this location. The service people need to work on their customer service skills. This is my first and LAST time going to this location. More

We've been customers since 2012 and have purchased/leased 5 going on 6 cars from them. Tahir, Fred & Andy are my guys... they always take good care of my family and anyone I send to Ed Voyles. We live in Douglas County but still go all the way out to Chamblee for service and to trade in our vehicles because the team there does it right! More
I am currently at the dealership now. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation. Went out to my car and for the THIRD time, my tires had not been rotated. I made the service advisor aware of the situation the last two times even though he was “positive” they had been rotated. I showed him proof each time that they had not been rotated. Had to show him proof again today. Guess I have to find a more reputable company now. More
I bought my 2014 Sirento at this dealership and have never taken it anywhere else fir service. Today I went in to get appointment because a light came on on my dash and one if the service men told me it never taken it anywhere else fir service. I explained that I work and only have one car, their response was the end of June was first available time. I was so upset I just left, that's how they treat loyal customers. Called to speak with manager and git his voicemail and of course he didn't call back. Very upset and disappointed. More
