I went to Kia with the intention of looking at cars for a future purchase. I'd say that I was 90% sure that I wanted to purchase a car but was looking for ideas on this specific day. I went online approx. 2 weeks ago to view but was not sure. I went to another dealership (not a Kia dealership) prior to visiting this one on this day. Upon arrival, I received a very warm and friendly reception by James Robichaud. He asked if he could help me and what I was looking for. After talking for a while, he asked where I was from (I'm from NY and did not have a Southern accent). Hmmmm, we are both from NY. He introduced me to the other staff, they were just as welcoming. Another on this team lived in NY and was from my old neighborhood, hmmmmmm. I am a firm believer that nothing is by accident. Mr. Robichaud and I walked, talked, and viewed many vehicles. He spoke about each car we viewed, the incentives to purchase, the financing process, and about the team who actual speak to the banks for finance approval. I felt no pressure and actually very relaxed. The Kia team seemed to be a very cohesive group who worked well together and know their product (James, Fred, and Andy). After receiving all of this information, I realized that I was past ready to purchase my new car. James, you know your stuff! To help me be comfortable with my decision, I was allowed to take the car for a test drive AND take it overnight. What! I could not ask for anything more. This gave me time to think about it AND PRAY ABOUT IT, I knew I would have an answer. Well today I am happy to report, I purchased my car and am VERY, VERY, HAPPY. The entire process was smooth, no pressures, and quick. I want to add that to my surprise the APR was well below what I expected and I met my monthly payment amount less $22. Who can ask for anything more? KUDOS and thank you to the Kia team and thank you Jesus! More

My husband talked to James Robichaud over the phone for about 30 minutes the day before we went. He told James of the bad experiences that we had with some other Kia Dealerships. James assured him that his experience with Ed Voyles KIA would be very different and rewarding if he would give them a chance and it was. We got the car we wanted and the exact color that we wanted. Not only that we got a great APR. We will recommend James to our friends and family. Whenever we are in the market again for a car we will return to Ed Voyles KIA. More

I researched the Kia Optima for a while before I actually went to the dealership. I bought a 2002 Optima brand new and wanted to trade it for a new optima because it was a great car all of these years with v went to the dealership. I needed a vehicle that would not be too low to ease the problems that I have with my knees. There are a couple of people at my church that own Sorentos. When I met with him, he was able to answer every question that I had and provided me with a really good deal. When I came back to pick the car up, Glenn took the time to go over a lot of the features (particularly the ones that I would not be familiar with). I really appreciated the effort given by him during and after the sale. I am pretty certain that when I look for my next car (for my wife) I will go back to Ed Voyles Kia. More

He quoted me a very reasonable price right up front and was able to match a even better price when I received it. Overall, I purchased a new Kia Optima from Glenn in about 5 days without any tedious negotiations! He gave me accurate " out the door" pricing information that let me know he really wanted to sell a car and not play games. Very satisfied!! More
