He worked with me thru the whole process & was very patient & understanding. This was my 3rd Soul & he knew I was very price conscience, I was not an easy sell!! I must also give credit to Doug Harms, the Sales Manager, who was critical, in making the deal work for me!! Everyone was astoundingly friendly & helpful. Kudos to a wonderful TEAM at this location!! Let me start by saying we were exhausted and not motivated going into the dealership but we found better We had a great experience at this dealership. Let me start by saying we were exhausted and not motivated going into the dealership but we found better than what we were seeking in their used vehicle inventory. The car we liked was slightly over budget so they offered other options below my budget. In the end we went with our first choice and they made it work to go a couple of dollars over budget but with a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Everyone was great from the sales rep (Roxanne), sales manger (Robert), to the finance manager (Rashid). You won’t be disappointed...they made buying a car easy! More

I am so pleased to be writing this letter It started with a simple phone call from a familiar name and turned into such an extraordinary experience. I am so pleased to be writing this letter about Rob Baptiste, Sales Manager at Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna. This man is the real deal. As a former employee in the auto industry, I know the business. It is a tough one. I have seen people come and go and bad things happen. There are few who make an impact on a customer that makes them walk out of the door feeling not just good, but GREAT. That is how I felt when my husband bought not only one but TWO cars from Mr. Baptiste two weeks ago. He called to check up on us. We had dealt with Rob before and he was fantastic then. He knew that in the past, he had done what he could to help us and knew that he could do it again. We believed in him. We were just planning on trading in one car but after the unbelievable experience we were having with Rob, we decided to trade in both cars. (My neighbors must think I am rich HAHA). I firmly believe that anyone who can go out of their way for customer service deserves a ton of accolades. I know, customer service is a very hard job to be in. There are a lot of people who are hard to please. I know that we probably drove Rob crazy, but he never showed it. He was cool as a cucumber. I do not know if I could be that way. The other thing that I noticed is the way that Rob works with his co-workers. All I saw was respect. Something that is hard to find in the workplace nowadays. From the sales person to the Finance Manger, Rob was just as nice as could be with them. He looked like he made them feel as comfortable as he made me feel. In fact, when he left the room when I was with the Finance Manager, she told me that since Rob has been with Ed Voyles, she has seen such positive change. She said if felt good to come to work when he was there. How many people can say that about their co-workers and managers? I say if you need a Kia, please call Rob at Ed Voyles Kia. This team was able to get me out of my van that had major computer malfunctions and issues (and money still owed on it) and into a 2018 Kia Sorento! This dealership has a customer in me for eternity! The customer service was superb and like nothing I've experienced in a long time. Everyone makes sure you are ok and offers water, coffee and popcorn to you, even if they are not personally assisting you. They have a true team environment! They know their product! And I will recommend anyone looking for a car to this dealership! Thanks Dream Team for saving me from my horrible van and giving the confidence to ride safely again! P.S. I wasn't really there to get a new car for myself. My daughter purchased her fully loaded 2014 Kia Soul Exclaim there the day before at an amazing price and had such a magnificent experience that I thought why not get in on the action since I was having so much trouble with my van!!
