Engine Recall Work My car was recently leaking fuel due to a fuel pump and fuel line. It was a result of the engine work not being done properly. My engine was replaced in Aug. 2017 due to the engine recall. Per the diagnostic of a shop, my car was close to catching on fire. I'm dissatisfied with how the work was done that caused my inconveince and how it not only risked my life and others. A free oil change was approved based on me asking for some restitution for this issue. I have yet to hear from corporate on a resolution. More

He was very set on the car in the ad as I was for her and became very upset emotionally when it wasn't available at the price printed. Dylan took it upon himself to make the situation right and spent Dylan took it on himself to make the situation right and spent extra personal time contacting pacifiers to find her a similar car in her price range . He made her very happy and has a customer for life ! He is an incredible asset to your company and I hope you reward him in the future and do whatever your must to keep him as the amazing representative he is for your company ! Speechless I came the Kia dealership to trade in my old car for another car. The moment I walk in; Robert treat me like a queen. I thought I was just going to get a older car, but no. I was able to get a band new car! I never own a up to date car before. I just brought a 2018 Kia Fronte LX. I was just overjoyed. Robert and his team are so nice and kind to me. If I could; I would give him 5 stars times 100 for this review. He went up and beyond to give me this car. Words cannot do him justice of how much I appreciate what he has done for me. I will tell everyone I know about this. I love my new car.😆😍😁 More

MIXED REVIEWS I have purchased 2 Kia's from them and I must say though I love their cars I think they lowball women as most salesmen do. I went from a soul to an optima and when I had my soul my credit was worse then when I got my optima and I had a down payment I am paying almost $600 a month and I have a perfect driving record and moderate credit. But I plan on refinancing or trading it in for something more reasonable I'm a college student on minimum wage salary so needless to say this is killing my pockets and getting service takes a whole day so clear your schedule for an oil change because you'll literally be there from 8am-8pm not to mention they are known to lose your car during the process. My car has been lost/misplaced twice and they don't review your account so if your on a service plan that provides you free services you have to tell them or they will charge you for the services without checking the acct. Other then that their cars are great I love my optima I love talking to the customer service department via phone they are very professional but I hate paying this high monthly bill. More

Refreshing, no pressure approach. Not my "first rodeo" by a long shot and not even my first Kia, so I was not excited to engage in the usual sales gamesmanship. The atmosphere at Ed Voyles Kia is unlike any other in recent memory and puts you at ease. Their approach was completely professional in allowing us to come together and reach a mutually agreeable price, without the usual back and forth posturing. Everyone involved made me feel comfortable and well taken care of and I feel like I have found a new home here for all of my new Kia's future needs. Kudos to all: Robert Baptiste, Doug Harms, Lynn Ossie, Jaldrin Rodriguez and the star salesman who started it all, Brandon Shepherd. Keep the popcorn hot -- you never know when I'll be dropping by or sending a referral or two. More

There not like your normal dealerships where they attack you like vultures, even if you’ve already been helped everyone still make sure you’re comfortable as far as water, popcorn etc. what I love about this place is even after you’ve purchased your vehicle they don’t just write you off like job complete but after purchasing my vehicle I thought something was wrong with my vehicle and they happily checked my car and gave me a loaner until they fixed the issue! Last but not lease after you purchase your vehicle everyone stops what they’re doing to gather around the gong that you hit after their done clapping and singing to openly welcome you to the Kia family! Which is such an amazing welcoming feeling. Over all I had a wonderful experience here I really feel at home and literally part of the family. I want to thank everyone there for your awesome hospitality and welcoming spirits! I will most definitely recommend this dealership! More

I love my new purchase I just don’t even know how to express the level of excitement I am feeling right now. This is totally the feeling that I used to get as a child on Christmas morning. I have been searching for a car for about three weeks and have encountered different personalities in sales people that reminded me of why the used car sales industry has such a bad reputation. See, I have some issues that I thought would prevent me from getting a car. My credit is not the best it’s ever been. I just finished school and got a job that I started three weeks ago. I won’t get into the bad experiences that I had while looking except to say that one dealer wanted me to pay way too much money for a starter car with no bells and whistles. I finally ran into a sales person who was honest enough to tell me that my credit was not bad enough to warrant me shopping at a buy here pay here. He knew what I wanted and suggested I go to a Kia dealer. I live in Marietta, so Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna was a natural choice. I called and spoke with Jaldrin Rodriguez who didn’t seem to flinch when I told him of the challenges I had. He invited me in and I admit that I almost did not go. I was approved with a dealer who could not deliver the car that I wanted for a week and a half and I had actually decided to wait. Then, after a couple of hours I went in and met Jaldrin. We spoke briefly and he showed me a car similar to what the other dealer told me I had to wait for. Once I was in the car it in no way was a comparison to the other car. There were so many features that I was blown away and Jaldrin took his time and showed me each and every one. He made sure that I was comfortable and got to know the vehicle before I left the dealership. This is by far the most beautiful car I have ever owned. The price is right and they got me in and out. There was no sitting all day, it took maybe three hours start to finish. The staff was super friendly, from the sales people, to the finance team, to the Sales Manager Robert Baptiste. This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I am please with the vehicle and this is the first time in years of car buying that I have no buyer’s remorse. I’m just excited to be driving the car of my dreams at a cost I can afford. If you are in the market for a new car I highly recommend Ed Voyles Kia. More
