I love my new Kia Soul I went in for some routine maintenance on my 2015 Kia Soul and left with a 2018 Kia Soul. They worked really hard to get me into my new car. Awesome customer service I'm new to the Atlanta area from Buffalo, NY and I drove 13.5 hrs. in my trusty 2006 Nissan Altima. The snow and salt took a toll on my poor car and rendered it a total loss. After two weeks of no vehicle and relying heavily on rental cars and ride sharing, I began searching for a new car. This time, I looked into any leasing options that could be available to me. Of course, the new car search can be a painful process, but, luckily the sales team at Ed Voyles Kia helped alleviate the pain. I was greeted by the sales manager Robert Baptiste who walked me through the process and spent a great deal of time helping me get into a newer car. He explained what was happening with the paper work each time a signature was needed so that there was never room for a second of "new car shopper anxiety." His sales team member Orion showed me the car features and I got to take the car for a test drive. Doug Harms in finance was just as friendly and helpful and assured me that leasing was a great option because it helps build your credit score. Robert Baptiste and his team are wonderful and I am happy to be with the Kia family as a new lesee of a 2018 Kia Optima. Thank you! More
