Overall Services Was Good The service was quick and easy. I needed a new battery. Only reason not giving 5 starts is the service person did not give me the full grand total of The service was quick and easy. I needed a new battery. Only reason not giving 5 starts is the service person did not give me the full grand total of what the batter cost. He left of the additional fees which were at last an additional $50 extra then what I thought the grand total was. Other issue and I said this before in a review is that I get so many emails, calls and text messages asking me to provide a review. If you don't respond to any of them they just keep coming. KIA needs to find a way to streamline the survey system so customers are not bombarded with requests for reviews. This is the second one I am filling out only because if I don't I am going to keep getting emails and a call. More

Best Kia dealership in the Atlanta metro area I have been to Kia dealerships all over the metro area. I decided to try Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna, and, I will be coming here from now on. I needed a long list of repairs for my car (she has over 100,000 miles and is running strong!), and, since I moved close to this dealership, I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did! They did a tune up, replaced the timing belt, a zillion other repairs within a few others. The staff was phenomenally helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. My service technician, Lisa King, is absolutely a godsend. If you have a Kia, I strongly urge you to consider this dealership for your car's needs. You won't regret it!
