Simple oil change Came in for an oil change on Saturday morning without an appointment but had to wait 2-1/2 hours. It didn't really seem that busy. When I got into my Ridgeline to leave, my seat had been jacked up and I hit my head and the a/c settings had been changed. It took several minutes to discover and change all my setting back. David Manner David is the best Tech, I always ask for him. He is honest and trustworthy. This time I had a problem with the brakes - which needed to be replaced David is the best Tech, I always ask for him. He is honest and trustworthy. This time I had a problem with the brakes - which needed to be replaced, which I did not know until they were checked. What I was/am not happy about was the tires I bought from Ed Voyles about a year ago have 20, 000 miles on them and David told me they were feathered and a little worn due to the front-end need to be aligned. I could not understand that when they rotated the tires when I had my last oil change (less than 5,000 miles ago) they did not see that the auto needed to have an alignment done. Mr. Gibbons, I am not one to put off service or anything that needs to be done. Whatever is recommended, I do it then. This is the first time I have complained about anything - I am not blaming David because he explained everything to me in detail, I feel like the people that rotate tires should have seen the problem with alignment and let David know so I could have prevented the tires being feathered and worn. Perhaps you could look into this matter and keep it from happening to someone else. I have recommended this Service Department to all of my friends, my boss recently bought a CRV from Don Marlowe after I recommended Ed Voyles and him, and told her to use the service department because they were the best. One more thing, several of the other technicians have assisted me in David's absence, they are all very good as well - no complaints about technicians. Thank you for your time and assistance.
