I’m fairly happy with the service overall, except that the two previous times my transmission was serviced the vent was not cleaned, the second time I requested that it be checked and was not. If it had b the two previous times my transmission was serviced the vent was not cleaned, the second time I requested that it be checked and was not. If it had been checked and cleaned the inspection cap would not have blown out and I would not have needed to have had it serviced this third time. The first time an experienced mechanic should have known to without a request, the second time not only should he know to do so, he did not after it was requested. Check your records if you doubt this. More

I was scheduled an appointment and the service team was able to schedule me in within a few days notice and a time that worked for my schedule. The service department was super busy but they were able to a able to schedule me in within a few days notice and a time that worked for my schedule. The service department was super busy but they were able to accommodate my car and complete an oil change and tire rotation quickly. My car even received a car wash. The waiting area is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I will continue to use Ed Voyles for service for my Honda Accord. More
