Horrible customer service Terrible experience with Joe Leggett. Having purchased a new 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite from this dealer a couple of years ago I thought my experienc Terrible experience with Joe Leggett. Having purchased a new 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite from this dealer a couple of years ago I thought my experience would be similar. Instead my text exchange with Joe was more like negotiating with a prideful child trading baseball cards. His responses to my offer and wanting to negotiate remotely(I live in Chattanooga, TN) were met with snarky responses and a refusal to negotiate without me sitting in the showroom. I was shocked at how different this experience was from the last time I bought a car from them. Perhaps it was just Joe, but if this is the type of salesman they hire I would say steer clear. More

Oil / Filter Change My mx minder flashed a need to change the oil. Not good. We had a cross country trip the next weekend and I didn't want to delay it. With no notice I My mx minder flashed a need to change the oil. Not good. We had a cross country trip the next weekend and I didn't want to delay it. With no notice I pulled into this dealership and asked if they could fit me in. Two hours later the work was done, I was on my way, all for a very reasonable price. Great job!! One negative. My service writer was Marvin Bushay. He's not listed below as a "check able" employee and although I wrote him in your program will not allow me to submit without checking someone. So... I checked the first manager listed. Now you know why people hate surveys like this. More
