This meant a lot as so many would not have cared about helping her in this way. We have purchased from this dealership in the past. I believe this is our 10th Honda in our family. Our purchase went past the end of his shift, but he still stayed and showed us how to use all of the features of our new van. He was thorough, and really made sure we felt comfortable and didn't have any questions before leaving. Even after the sale, he was available by text and phone to help with questions and concerns.
