I worked with Mark Whitaker this time and he did an outstanding job from initial introduction to closing the transaction. I found him to be very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. He had excellent follow through...not too much and not too little. We will need another car in the next couple of years and I will definitely go back to Mark again based on his service for the second Honda. More
Overall good sales team, good service. But.. So, the experience is very complicated. And really, it has to do with Honda of America, and not so much with Ed Voyles and its staff. When I bought my car, the process was a little interesting because the first salesman was new. He didnt know anything or very little about the car. But Joseph Leggitt, took over and I have to say, this guy is honest as it can get, and bends over backwards to help find a solution to whatever your needs are. The buying process for me was seamless, I do think that I could have got more from the trade, but hey, that was my decesion to accept it. Pros - Joseph Leggitt, tops notch guy. A salesman that comes across as legit and professional and honest. Will do anything to make the customer happy. Within reason. The selection of cars is pretty massive. There is no waiting on finding someone to help you They are attentive to your needs The entire process of buying the car took about 3 hours. Pretty normal. Cons - 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T Red. Car had a major manufacturing flaw that Honda refused to replace the car with a car that did not have the flaw. Instead, wanted to repaint the door. Anyone that knows cars, knows that paint pigmentation and the process really never stands up to the OEM paint process. Although, the work that Ed Voyles did, is pretty flawless. Always check the cars from front to back. This is the second car we have bought from Ed Voyles. The first was a KIA NIRO Touring for my wife, and that car had what looked like a brillo pad taken to the hood. It had to be taken back for detailing. This time, the HONDA, that we bought, had this major flaw. A flaw that was missed by HONDA America, Ed Voyles and even I. It wasnt until we were detailing the car at my home a few days later, that the car had a major defect. Honda of America - Basically, attitude. Simple blatant attitude. When I bought my Audi's. and BMW's. Never did I ever get attitude like this. It has made my decesion that in three years, when I sell the car or trade it, this will be my first and LAST HONDA. The attitude was like, well, now its your problem, its not our fault, this is what we will do, and end of story. Nope, NEVER again will I buy a honda. Simply because of that attitude. Honda of America, even said, there was an argument over who was at fault. They blamed the dealership, the dealership blamed honda. I BLAME HONDA. Honda manufacturing has several people that look over cars before they go out. And this was missed by FIVE people as I understood it. It was assembled in the USA. So that probably explains it. Showroom is a disaster, but hey thats construction. Rohan general manager, tried to sell me the accessories that I wanted at almost DOUBLE the price. He wanted to upsell me these puddle lights for over $350.00 When you can purchase them online for half that price. He said $350 for the puddles lights and he would eat the cost of installation. I refused because I knew better. So if you want accessories. Dont do it through these guys. Cars are parked everywhere in the weather. Mine along with 20 other plus cars were parked under PINE trees. Where pine needles and sap was dripping on brand new cars. HONDA LINK is simply a pain in the xxx to get working. Its still not working. And the hours that they keep for the service is bankers hours. Hyundai or kia, have much better hours for customer support. Rohan is pretty much likes to do the back and forth trick to " run the numbers game" I hate that, they know what the best deal is. Just freaking tell me what it is and stop going back and forth to your desk. Its antiquated dealership salesman tactic. When I go to Target, the cashier doesnt run back and forth trying to make the best deal. End of CONS Overall, if the defect had not been an issue. Then I would give this five stars. I lean toward that Ed Voyles should have caught this issue when checking in the cars. But its mainly the fault of the manufacture, it should of never left the plant in that state with that problem. The car, my red 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T is a fantastic car. With so much tourque you cannot help but spin the tires at any point. Its comfortable, its really worth the money. I can higly recommend the car, if you can find one without a manufacture defect like mine. More

Fast and Attentive I was in the market for a new car, did my research, and knew exactly what I wanted. Ed Voyles Honda had it. Jackie was fantastic to work with. She was extremely fast to respond and didn't waste my time. Very easy to work with, unlike other sales staff at other dealerships I've contacted in the metro area. We came to an agreement via email/phone. She kept to her word when I came in the next day. Car was ready and paperwork process was seamless. I walked out of the dealership with smile.I was happy with my new car and satisfied with the sales process. Thanks Jackie! More
