Alex & Greg worked closely with me to ensure I got the best vehicle and service for my money. I appreciate them holding my hand through my first experience buying a brand new car. Alex took the time to make sure I thoroughly understood the features on my brand new CR-V from the lane assist and adaptive cruise control to programming the radio. This is why I bought it. Today, as I examined the sales contract, I realize that I paid $3304 for the warranties I was told would be thrown in. I feel like a sucker. I was newly widowed, and had never bought a new car by myself. Congratulations Ed Voyles Honda! You cheated a 70 year old widow! Aren't you proud? More
So so experience The car was sold to me without being detailed and with a screw in the back right tire. Also, the struts that hold the hood up are broken. When someone buys a car cash from you and gives you $10k cash, the dealership should go above and beyond to make you feel like they gave you a good deal. Unfortunately, in this occasion, this did not happen. I went back the next day to get the second set of keys and asked if I can get the car detailed since it was filthy on the inside and if they can get the screw out and plug the tire. I was told that they cannot do either of those things. The car is so filthy that driving it only for a day gave me headaches as there is a specific smell/odor in it. I wish I can return the car to them to get a full refund and never deal with them again. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle... More
The worst I’m currently sitting and waiting on my car in service. I was told when I made my appointment that there would be a shuttle service to transport me as I’m currently sitting and waiting on my car in service. I was told when I made my appointment that there would be a shuttle service to transport me as long as I met the 10 mile cut off. I met that. I knew my car was going to take a while as it was some things that needed to be checked out that was going to require them to have my car for a lengthy amount of time . Which is why I double checked when I made the appointment that I would have a way back home . The shuttle driver comes up to me ,I’m expecting to get in the shuttle go home and finish up the time sensitive items on my plate while my car was being serviced,but nope. I was advised that although I meet the 10 mile cut off they don’t shuttle people to sandy springs because of traffic. This really ticked me off ... for one we live in METRO ATLANTA ... when is there not some sort of traffic on any given side .secondly I asked about the shuttle before I came in and they new my address and contact information at the time the appointment was set that’s when they could have clued me into the fine print of the 10 mile rule ... I expressed my concern and aggravation and they kinda just hit me with a generic sorry, the gem of the story is they told me “well we normally don’t do this but we can take you home but you are going to have to find your own way back” I stood perplexed And I asked them to just pull my car back around and I’ll just go home and make an appointment elsewhere. I was then told my car was already being worked on and they would get it done as soon as possible... well to me a red flag has gone up for one the things I needed them to check I was told that it would be lengthy time to diagnose. Which is why I was ok with dropping it off and going home to handle my business. If my car is out quickly it doesn’t inspire confidence that it was done properly and the time however inconvenient that I had to spend sitting here was a complete waste if I have to still take it to somewhere else if the issue persists.dropping it off and them shuttle me home I could have finished up my work at home they could have taken the time with my car they needed to without inconveniencing me and disregarding my time. Update: they just offered to send me home and pick me up via Lyft . Nice gesture it took my irritation to get results. I still won’t bring my car here for service again. They mentioned they don’t know if they have to keep my car overnight. I said in that case do you guys offer some sort of temporary transportation until you guys figure it out he replied “ no if it’s around 3pm and we still have it and you need your car we will just stop and you can come get it This leaves me more irritated than I already was . So at what point does my issue finish being diagnosed? I must mention btw these are all issues and repairs that would be covered by Honda and at no fault of my own . So I’m having an issue with their product that I paid for less than a year ago and getting accommodations while they fix it is like pulling teeth . But while they have my car I’m going to err on the side of caution and wait to post this review and just update as this all plays out Fast forward about 2 hours later. Of course the main thing that was an issue shocker it’s nothing wrong with it they didn’t see a problem... extremely long story short go anywhere but Ed Voyles... More

I had the pleasure of speaking with Gene Odom! And he informed me of a program he was working on to introduce to the customers. Gene was also pretty cool to talk to! The ladies in Customer Service (Nicole and I can't remember the other lady's name) were very nice and pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed the coffee and was able to catch up on some work in the "Quiet Room". I love that Quiet Room! And OMG! To my surprise, the Honda Elves washed my car! Now how cool is that! Thank you so much Honda for making my day! More

The maintenance needed before a long trip was reviewed with me and priorities discussed. The estimate Marvin gave me was exactly what I paid. I purchased my car from Ed Voyles Honda and have only had it serviced at this dealership. Marvin is a knowledgeable professional and a kind human being. I highly recommend this service center. More
