I scheduled an appointment online to test drive a Honda Civic Hatchback. I arrived for my appointment and the doors were locked and no one was there. No one answered the phone either. My appointment was at 2pm. I drove 40 minutes (nearly an hour and a half round trip)! I did receive an email from a salesperson when I scheduled the appointment. He asked me to call. I had to leave a message. He never returned my message. And then stood me up for my appointment! Good thing there are other places to buy Hondas in the Atlanta area! More
