This dealership has the worst customer service. They leave your car out front with the keys in it unlocked and your favorite Tiffany sunglasses were stolen. On December 28th I visited the Honda website and built a 2022 Accord Hybrid Sport with two accessories, the Base price for the car was $30,020, the Accessories $322, and Destination & Handling fees $1,015, for a Total MSRP as Built of $31,356. The website put me in touch with Ed Voyles Honda. After speaking with Cody Eggersman, he stated that they didn’t have this car in stock so I asked if I could order it from the factory, and he said yes. He sent me an estimate for the Base price car for $33,693, plus Accessories of $1,295, for a Total RP as Built of $34,988. I inquired about the price difference, and he stated that there was an expected price increase of $658 in January, that the dealer had to pay extra to order the car, a market adjustment, and that after speaking to his Manager, he indicated I would have to pay for the additional Accessories whether I wanted them or not. I ended up not buying the car because it seems like price gauging. More
