WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT! On May 30, 2023, I set out to purchase a new 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid. Initially, I visited Curry Honda and saw a 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring On May 30, 2023, I set out to purchase a new 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid. Initially, I visited Curry Honda and saw a 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring in Canyon Blue Metallic. Despite loving the color, the salespeople's arrogance and borderline rudeness led me to take my business elsewhere. Based on positive reviews, I found Ed Voyles Honda, where I encountered a friendly receptionist and a laid-back salesman named JOSHUA TOLLIVER. After another test drive, I decided to trade in my Subaru and buy the 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid AWD Sport Touring, insisting on the Canyon Blue Metallic color, even if it meant waiting. Although Joshua tried to convince me otherwise, I remained firm on my choice. After some searching, JOSHUA spoke with the sales manager and found a Canyon Blue CRV Sport Touring available at another dealer. They agreed to do a dealer exchange if I put down a $1,000 deposit. During this process, JOSHUA persistently pushed for another color, but I reiterated my preference for Canyon Blue Metallic. We had a verbal agreement that the deposit secured a 2023 CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring in that color, with the understanding that the deposit was refundable if they couldn't fulfill the order. On June 17, 2023, at 11:15 am, JOSHUA left a voicemail stating that my car had been built and would arrive before the end of the month. Notably, he didn't mention the color, despite our agreement. Copies of the full transcripts have been submitted to Georgia's Consumer Protection Division and Honda. On June 22, 2023, at 4:17 pm, JOSHUA called to inform me that my car had arrived and would be ready by the next day, again failing to mention the color. I called JOSHUA back to schedule a pickup time. When I arrived at Ed Voyles on June 23, 2023, Joshua had me complete and sign all the paperwork while the windows were being tinted, without allowing me to see the car. This should have raised a red flag. As a first-time solo car buyer, I was too trusting and somewhat naive. I rushed the delivery due to my upcoming travel plans. After a few hours, I completed the paperwork without noticing the color swap in the poor-quality, small print, and difficult-to-read carbon copy. The car was parked next to my silver Subaru Impreza, and although it seemed to have some bluish tones, I assumed it was due to lighting and proximity to my previous vehicle. Fatigued and eager to leave, I overlooked the subpar detailing and greasy wheels. I take responsibility for not paying closer attention and for failing to learn the valuable lesson of documenting specifics and trusting no one. They deliberately omitted the color from my deposit form. Additionally, I noticed they had not deducted the $1,000 deposit from the purchase price. Thankfully, I caught this mistake, and they eventually issued a refund to my credit card, despite my preference to use part of it as a downpayment. Upon arriving home, I realized the blue seemed darker than I remembered. When my friend came over and compared it to the photos I had shown him, he also noticed the discrepancy. However, considering the lighting and proximity to my silver car, I assumed it appeared darker. Again, I blame myself for failing to catch this. I tried reaching out to Joshua via phone (left a voicemail and no response), email, but he ignored my message. Finally, I received a response via text message after my 3rd attempt, in which he was disrespectful and dishonest. I have evidence that he never informed me about the color change, and he cannot provide proof to the contrary since our correspondence was solely through voicemails. The only reason why they got a second star was because I like their service department and staff. Unfortunately, because of the ethical practices and condescending attitude of the sales associate, JOSHUA TOLLIVER, I cannot give more than 2. More

When you finish with salesperson then you are moving to office where usually things go downhill where there pushing you to purchase extended service and sale you things you didn’t really want. Also, dealership ignore MSRP and increase price for $8000 more than MRSP. So, I didn’t get good deal, because they want good deal for them. At least, I got car I was looking for. More

The team also worked really well with my finance requirement; like any dealership you’ve got to be willing to collaborate and negotiate, but I cannot speak highly enough of how much they worked to get me into a car that worked for me and my needs. I could not have asked for better sales folks than Justin and Stephen. I went in with my mind made on a specific type and color of a Honda CR-V. Together they work diligently to find me my perfect car! There were supply chain issues and delays, but these two gentleman were relentless in their search for accessories and timely labor intensive work! Kudos to them both. I highly recommend Ed Voyles Honda and these two professionals. Sherry More
