After 5 hours of brain damaging negotiation. They did not have the car in stock. Did not want to respect the USAA price and employees were unprofessional and dishonest. They put me on a spot car so I could d have the car in stock. Did not want to respect the USAA price and employees were unprofessional and dishonest. They put me on a spot car so I could drive it home. Once they delivered my SUV it was dirty and had scratches. Worst experience ever. Not recommended. More
I wanted a new 2009 Grand Cherokee and negotiated a price after about 3 hours of negotiating. During this process the salesman went back and forth to Mr Tutton at least 5 times before finally matching a pric after about 3 hours of negotiating. During this process the salesman went back and forth to Mr Tutton at least 5 times before finally matching a price I had received from another dealer which I had been assured they would beat before I ever arrived at the the dealership. Needless to say I was baffled as to why the price became a problem when I was told up front on the phone that they would beat my previous offer. After shaking Mr Tutton's hand and agreeing to the price I was informed by Mr Tutton that I had "beaten" them out of any profit. Mr Tutton is a smarmy, slick, grinning, typical "used car salesman" that we are to often reminded of. When I finally went into the finance office I found that a "bank required" warranty and gap insurance ha been included in my payment. I immediately left and bought elsewhere. Having bought my first car, a 442, from Mr Voyles personally I am appalled at what his dealership has become since his death!!! More
A noise was coming from the right front of my town & country. It was determined that the rack and pinion mechanism was leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $900. I did that, it helped, but the country. It was determined that the rack and pinion mechanism was leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $900. I did that, it helped, but the noise remained. I needed to replace a power steering pump as well for an additional $500. It did that and now the problem is solved. However, I had this same problem 12 months and 19,000 miles earlier and had the rack and pinion replaced at a cost of $900. The van had a recall of power steering hoses that were replaced in '04 to address this possible problem. That didn't work very well. So after $2300 it is now fixed and working. Also, Chrysler was not willing to provide any assistance with this problem. Since my first rack and pinion repair was out of warranty, 12 months or 12,000 miles which ever comes first. More
