We (My husband and I) purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2008. I absolutely LOVED my van and kept it in top notch condition the best ways possible. Regular oil changes, general service, and scheduled maintanance, etc... However it seemed that issues kept arising. Multiple changes of the brakes and rotors as well as heater replacement and air conditioning which were two seperate issues to my surprise and the sliding doors seemed to always freeze when retracting. To top it all since I've had the van (from April 2008- present) the backup camera has worked literally a handfull of times. We went to the Chattanooga dealership numerous times to have the backup camera issue resolved. Long story short the camera still isn't working. After I contacted Chrysler Corp. arrangements were made to have the camera replaced with my out of pocket expense being a $100.00 deductible. This camera was installed 05/2011. The camera still doesn't work - needless to say Crown Chrysler of Chattanooga is still trying to contact Chrysler Corp. as we were last advised "to see what can be done next," as per Willy. Upon the continuation of my life we were blessed to move to Marietta GA where I thought I would add chapters to this NIGHTMARE regarding my van. On 02/22/2012 I called Ed Voyles and spoke with Stacy M. as it was time for our oil change and I had an issue with the brake lights staying on from time to time and of course I had to mention the BACKUP CAMERA issue. She was so thorough in documenting my concerns over the phone and set me up for an appointment that day at 8:45AM. Upon arrival my van was taken into the service area where I watched a 23 point inspection take place. I was shown all my actual fluids and what they should look like in addition to a walk around inspection to check for other areas that may need service. I was literally blown away because of the 3 other Dodge Dealerships I've taken my van to for service I have never seen anything like that before. Then Stacy goes over the notes she had made with me over the phone and verifies that the backup camera is still under warrenty and she can even see there in the shop that it is not working. She suggests that since these areas may take some time to work on that I should allow there shuttle to take me home and they will bring me back once the van was ready. I received the most unexpected OUTSTANDING Customer Service imaginable. Although the backup camera was not in stock she has arranged to have me return to the shop once it arrives for it to be installed and the shuttle service have already been offered to me for my convienence. I am hopeful that it will work this time it's installed as I am no longer having the issue with the break light staying on anymore due to the repairs they made. Thank you and I wish that everyone could experience service like this. More
I am sold on Ed Voyles Jeep as long as Jared and Jeremy are employed there. This was my 2nd purchase from the dealership in 2 years. The guys there remembered me, and had my deal worked up practically as I walked in the door (I had called a couple of days earlier with a description of what I wanted and they found my car as well as some alternatives not only on their lot, but also out of state). I did not have to sit and haggle, and yet, I wound up with a better, less expensive deal than I had originally agreed on! HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS??? I would trust my kids getting their first vehicles working with either of these men and the fact that the GM of the dealership thanks you personally just for coming into his store is a really cool thing. They really show that they care about customers and I will always go back for cars and service from Ed Voyles Jeep. More
Today I went to Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge to pursue a Dodge Challenger as a first time buyer. This was my first experience financing a vehicle. I was completely blown away by the expertise, friendliness, customer service, and overall experience. Jeremy and Frank were very supportive to my needs, they made everything clear and understandable. I felt they were really working for me to get me into the vehicle i liked, and made sure to keep cost within my comfort zone. I love my new car, and i just want to thank Jeremy, Frank and the remainder of the Ed Voyles staff for creating a great customer experience. More

Royce Worley was the best. Royce was upfront, honest, knowledgeable and low pressure. I equated buying a car like going to the dentist, not any more. Kudos to Royce as I drove away in my brand new jeep cherokee. To put the icing on the cake, when I went to that dreaded "little room" where they try to sell you all the extended warranties, etc. I met Frank Sobeck who also was low pressure and was able to combine a long term warranty with a lower interest rate. on top of that, after I got home, he emailed me saying he researched a better deal after I left. All of this was unheard of to me in buying a car. I know I typed more than 25 words, but 25 wasn't enough to fully explain the pleasant experience I received st Ed Voyles Jeep in Marietta. More
Joshua was great to work with. I live 3 hours away in Southwest Georgia so it was important to me to be able to have everything taken care of and ready to sign upon arrival and it was. In search for a 2012 4dr Wrangler with specific options, I came across the Ed Voyles website via Jeep.com dealer inventory search. They had what I wanted but the dealership is in Georgia and I am in Massachusetts. Apprehensive on attempting to negotiate a favorable deal via web, I proceeded nonetheless. This proved to be a good decision. The e-commerce manager Joshua Mooney made the deal happen... and smoothly to boot. Emails were answered quickly and direct. They were also very competitive in their financing options. Long story short, my Wrangler was shipped to me in a couple of days and all is good in the world. Thanks to all at Ed Voyles. More

They even took time to show me how to remove the hard top. Then I drove the Jeep back down to the dealership and the sales staff assembled the soft top for me which saved me a ton of time. GREAT JOB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A-Z!!! Would highly recommend!!! More
These dealership is outstanding. They worked with me when the dealerships here in Indiana wouldn't. That's right, I purchased my 2011 Rubicon from this dealership without having ever met them. Think about it the dealerships here in Indiana wouldn't. That's right, I purchased my 2011 Rubicon from this dealership without having ever met them. Think about it a dealership 450 miles away worked with me and help work the details when one here 9 miles away wouldn't. They saved me close to $3500.00 dollars with sells tax and all. It took a less than a week and its sitting in my drive now. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated right and not have to deal with the typical change and switch of other dealers and sales people. They rate #1 with me.
