I have given the Ed Voyles Jeep dealership the highest possible rating because I showed up at 7:00 p.m. last Wednesday with my overheated Jeep on a tow truck, and Mike Mazzatenta not only took time to hel possible rating because I showed up at 7:00 p.m. last Wednesday with my overheated Jeep on a tow truck, and Mike Mazzatenta not only took time to help me (even though it was closing time), he found me a loaner car to drive, which I didn't think was even possible! It was too late in the day to get a rental car, and I had a really important job the next day that I was going to have to miss with no car to drive - and because Mike went way beyond what anyone else would have done, I was able to go do the job the next day driving the car they loaned me. Also, it was a really nice car, a Dodge Journey, and I was able to keep it while my car was being worked on, so I didn't have to miss work. I just can't say enough about how much I appreciate the way Mike treated me. It was closing time, and he really took care of me. I will recommend this dealership, Ed Voyles Jeep, to everyone. More

Upon arriving at the dealership, Jared met us & had the Jeep ready for us to test drive. Jared was not pushy at all (like most other salesmen that we had dealt with). He was very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. He stayed over an hour past closing time to complete our purchase without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
