My first used car purchase from Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta was such a pleasant car-buying experience, (Strange, huh? A PLEASANT car-buying experience. These previous two sentences should be all I have to say to encourage you to head over to this Ed Voyles dealership for any used car purchase you could ever need. But let me include a few of the feelings that I had during my used car-buying experience at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta...comfortable, relaxed, no pressure from anyone, completely satisfied with the quality and price of the vehicles I was purchasing (by the way...I bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty Limited, and a 2006 Audi A4 Turbo Convertible), and most of all, I felt that my business there was actually appreciated. I would like to thank the following three salespeople for their efforts to get me into the cars that I really wanted. Rhon Lee, Tyler Spears, and Steven Williams bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle and to get me the price I needed to fit into my families budget. Rhon and Tyler had unbelievable patience with me because I looked at a BUNCH of different cars. But I never felt like they were getting tired of working with me. Their continued honest enthusiasm is rare with used car salespeople. I NEVER felt like they were just trying to slam-dunk me into any car to make a commission. And Steve Williams, the Sales Manager, was totally honest and forthcoming with me regarding the pricing of the car. And, after doing all my due-diligence on the Internet prior to buying this car, I am positive that Steve gave me every dollar of discount possible, off the sticker-price of the car, so that I could get the exact monthly payments that my family could fit into our budget. Lastly, I don't want to forget the Service Department. I get my Jeep serviced at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta on a regular basis, so that I may keep my Jeep for many years to come. My Service Representative, Krissy Jones is, to the best of my recollection, the best, most knowledgeable, friendliest, and most honest service rep that I have ever dealt with. (By the way, I'm 63 years young, and have owned many different brands of cars throughout my life). Krissy has NEVER let me down by not having my car fixed and giving me some lame excuse why. Krissy has NEVER tried to sell me some service that my car did not need. However, and maybe most of all, Krissy understands my fussy (you could maybe say "demanding") attitude about how I want my Jeep taken care of, but she never gets upset with me, and we usually end up laughing at all the crazy things that go wrong with cars these days. I had been attempting to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan for approximately 10 days to no avail. I was out searching the web on my own and met Monti while doing so. She was willing to go make several trips to check things out on the van that were important to me to verify that it had everything I wanted before I drove 2.5 hours to Marrietta to look at and purchase the van. She worked up the off the lot price for me and set an appointment for me to drive up to see her. When I got there she had the van up front and ready for me to look at. Once I decided it was the van for me we went inside and she processed the paperwork. While this was being done she took the van to be detailed and the gas tank filled. She introduced me to the finance person who processed my loan paperwork using my pre-approved letter from my bank. He did not try to pressure me into financing the van thru the dealership. This was not the case at the other dealership I had started out with. He processd my loan paperwork and had everything ready to sign in 30 minutes. The entire process was totally painless and took about 2.5 hours. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product. She definitely a rarity in the car sales business. We will also be back up there buyig my husband a new car in about a year. More
