I had been attempting to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan for approximately 10 days to no avail. I was out searching the web on my own and met Monti while doing so. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and sympahetic to what I had been thru to this point. She was willing to go make several trips to check things out on the van that were important to me to verify that it had everything I wanted before I drove 2.5 hours to Marrietta to look at and purchase the van. She worked up the off the lot price for me and set an appointment for me to drive up to see her. When I got there she had the van up front and ready for me to look at. Once I decided it was the van for me we went inside and she processed the paperwork. While this was being done she took the van to be detailed and the gas tank filled. She introduced me to the finance person who processed my loan paperwork using my pre-approved letter from my bank. He did not try to pressure me into financing the van thru the dealership. This was not the case at the other dealership I had started out with. He processd my loan paperwork and had everything ready to sign in 30 minutes. The entire process was totally painless and took about 2.5 hours. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product. She definitely a rarity in the car sales business. We will also be back up there buyig my husband a new car in about a year. More

Turner did not waste time in getting me in the car of my dreams and was very professional at all times.
