I had the most outstanding customer experience I've ever had before in my life at Ed Voyles Jeep. My salesperson, Bill Scott was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. I went there with my daughter initially for an oil change. She talked me into going to look at new cars. My credit is recovering from prior not-so-good decisions I've made. I was a bit apprehensive. And, I still owed about $6000 on the vehicle I was currently driving. We sat down and I explained my situation to Bill who said he would do his very best to get me out of the bad car deal I was in and into a new car. I am happy to report that he did just that! He got me into a 2012 Jeep Liberty, which I absolutely love! The interest rate is AWESOME and I didn't have to come up with a ton of money. I am so pleased! I highly recommend this dealership. We felt like we were car shopping with a friend rather than with a sales consultant. Other sales people should follow the same technique!
