I had the most outstanding customer experience I've ever had before in my life at Ed Voyles Jeep. My salesperson, Bill Scott was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. I went there with my daughter initially for an oil change. She talked me into going to look at new cars. My credit is recovering from prior not-so-good decisions I've made. I was a bit apprehensive. And, I still owed about $6000 on the vehicle I was currently driving. We sat down and I explained my situation to Bill who said he would do his very best to get me out of the bad car deal I was in and into a new car. I am happy to report that he did just that! He got me into a 2012 Jeep Liberty, which I absolutely love! The interest rate is AWESOME and I didn't have to come up with a ton of money. I am so pleased! I highly recommend this dealership. They are not just salesman, they truly listened and worked with me and got me a great deal. More

My first used car purchase from Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta was such a pleasant car-buying experience, (Strange, huh? A PLEASANT car-buying experience. These previous two sentences should be all I have to say to encourage you to head over to this Ed Voyles dealership for any used car purchase you could ever need. But let me include a few of the feelings that I had during my used car-buying experience at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta...comfortable, relaxed, no pressure from anyone, completely satisfied with the quality and price of the vehicles I was purchasing (by the way...I bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty Limited, and a 2006 Audi A4 Turbo Convertible), and most of all, I felt that my business there was actually appreciated. I would like to thank the following three salespeople for their efforts to get me into the cars that I really wanted. Rhon Lee, Tyler Spears, and Steven Williams bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle and to get me the price I needed to fit into my families budget. Rhon and Tyler had unbelievable patience with me because I looked at a BUNCH of different cars. But I never felt like they were getting tired of working with me. Their continued honest enthusiasm is rare with used car salespeople. I NEVER felt like they were just trying to slam-dunk me into any car to make a commission. And, after doing all my due-diligence on the Internet prior to buying this car, I am positive that Steve gave me every dollar of discount possible, off the sticker-price of the car, so that I could get the exact monthly payments that my family could fit into our budget. Lastly, I don't want to forget the Service Department. I get my Jeep serviced at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Marietta on a regular basis, so that I may keep my Jeep for many years to come. My Service Representative, Krissy Jones is, to the best of my recollection, the best, most knowledgeable, friendliest, and most honest service rep that I have ever dealt with. (By the way, I'm 63 years young, and have owned many different brands of cars throughout my life). Krissy has NEVER let me down by not having my car fixed and giving me some lame excuse why. Krissy has NEVER tried to sell me some service that my car did not need. However, and maybe most of all, Krissy understands my fussy (you could maybe say "demanding") attitude about how I want my Jeep taken care of, but she never gets upset with me, and we usually end up laughing at all the crazy things that go wrong with cars these days.
