She was kind, considerate and we never felt pressured. She gave us multiple options and worked to find something in our budget that met the criteria for what we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with her and we would highly recommend Monti if you are interested in working with Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More

I dropped the car off Tues afternoon for pick up Wednesday. They didn't start on it till Wed. At 1 o'clock I got the car back Thursday. Don't plan on it being done in a reasonable time! This the 3rd time I had similar experience. Since 2011 they have had 3 managers but have not improved from what I can see. All work has been done in a professional way, but I will try some one else who can keep appointments within reason. More
Worst Chrysler Experience The worst experience ever with a dealership. 1st time took my 300 in for a defective cylinder (recall). It took them 3 days to repair. At that time The worst experience ever with a dealership. 1st time took my 300 in for a defective cylinder (recall). It took them 3 days to repair. At that time there was 2 other recalls (that show up when entering the VIN) that are dangerous...1 dealing with brake wiring and the other dealing with airbag deployment wiring. 2nd time I took my car there, I had it towed over 21 miles (16 farther away from closest dealership) at my expense after being told they could handle the problem immediately. After 2 days I was told that they were so busy that they weren't even taking anymore service calls and that my car still had not been looked at. (rental car was my expense). After 4 days I called and as of 10AM my car still had not been looked at. At 11:00 I left messages on Service Managers and service tech voice mail not to touch my car that I would have someone pick it up. Miraculously between 10-12 my car went in for a diagnostic and was determined to be an alternator problem that would cost me $900.00. My awesome local mechanic was there to pick up the car and Ed Voyles would not release it because they said they never received any messages not to touch my car so they charged me/my mechanic $100.00 for the diagnostic fee or would not release my car. Service manager told me that he was doing me a favor by only charging me $100 that it usually cost more. I paid $500.00 to my local mechanic, which included the tow of 21 miles, the alternator, labor and the $100 fee to Ed Voyles. More
incredibly huge rip-off that you wouldn't believe! They would just put it back on the lot for some unsuspecting poor person. I have a conscious and a soul and will not let it happen. do not trust the inventory that they have on the lot. I wanted to take it off the lot to have it looked at and was assured it wasn't necessary. we are all very lucky my son was not hurt. I would never do anything like that to a family. They are undeserving of a business license. More
Entire experience has been terrible. Awful service. Bought a new, 2014 Challenger from there. Less than two months later there was a buzzing coming from the dashboard and one of the keys Awful service. Bought a new, 2014 Challenger from there. Less than two months later there was a buzzing coming from the dashboard and one of the keys only worked half the time. Two days after dropping my car off I had to call them and they said that it was ready. When I showed up it turned out that they couldn't recreate the problems, so they just didn't do anything. They handed me back one key, even though I'd given them tow. They didn't know where it was and Krissy Jones, who had told me the car was ready, had left for the day but they said they'd look for it and someone would call me tomorrow. No one did. Five days (and three voicemails) later no one had called or returned my messages. Finally I called and asked for a manager and he told me the key had been lost and I would have to come back in to get one. Did I mention I live 20 miles away? No apology, no accountability. Dropped off one car with issues and two keys, left with one car with issues and one key. Terrible service, no follow up, no accountability. Plan on making sure anyone who will listen--internet or in person--knows how little they care about their customers. More
Ignorance and arrogance....BAD combination I made an appointment to have my 2012 Jeep checked out for an airbag issue (the airbag light has been on and supposedly its a "recall" issue). I ar I made an appointment to have my 2012 Jeep checked out for an airbag issue (the airbag light has been on and supposedly its a "recall" issue). I arrived at the dealership, stated my concern (for the second time) and was told to have a seat. TWO HOURS later I was told the service department was extremely busy and I couldn't wait for my vehicle and I needed to schedule another appointment. I attempted to ask why and the advisor said "LET ME FINISH!" in a very disrespectful way. He simply blamed the "new appointment system" ... I made another appointment for the following week and when I arrived, I had to re-state my reason for the appointment (THIRD TIME) and was told to have a seat. Again, TWO HOURS LATER, the same service advisor came in to tell me about the "diagnostic" that was completed on the vehicle, and began to talk about 2 OTHER findings, BUT DID NOT ADDRESS THE AIRBAG ISSUE. I was extremely frustrated and when I asked to see the "diagnostic report", he became hostile and stated "DUDE, I don't tolerate your attitude!"....This PUNK called me "DUDE" ( I am a 50 year old highly educated corporate executive with 3 grown children..)... I asked to speak with a manager and while she seemed to be listening, she offered no apology or solution. I contacted the dealership (via web site) and have not received any response...it seems that my safety (as well as my satisfaction with the service) IS OF NO CONCERN to the leadership of this organization. I would have thought that given the multi-million dollar lawsuits involving car manufacturer defects, someone would have tried to get this serious issue resolved. .I WOULD NOT do business with this organization; if senior management is not willing to take action based on a customer issue, they have no leadership and will eventually fail. We were not expecting to walk away with an excellent 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Jim took great care of us and made sure that our little toddler, age 20 months, was taken care of by sharing some crackers and getting him a balloon. To entertain the tike he even started to levitate! It was awesome!! Seriously though, these guys rock and will be the first stop for a new car in the future. Thanks guys!! More

We purchased a 4-door Wrangler there and had a great experience with the sales and finance team. With our purchase, the first few oil changes are free. Each time we have scheduled the Jeep in for an oil change, it took a minimum of 2 hours to get done. This is with an appointment! My wife and I decided it was better to pay $20 at another place rather than waste 2 hours on something that should take 30 minutes tops. I will say that one of the service people did offer to pick my pregnant wife up something to eat on an oil change that she had done last summer. We also "made an appointment" to have a recall done on the Jeep. We were told it would take up to 4 hours to complete. It took just over 6 hours and they do not offer a courtesy car or a discounted rental. We will not use this Service Center again if it can be helped even though our vehicle is under warranty there.
