I bought the same model for an employee, and he loves his too. My husband got a 2014 Overland and is not as satisfied (many recalls and poor gas mileage), but the car is great on the highway and he feels safe in it. I just got a new '15 Renegade -- to drive around town, not replace my Grand Cherokee -- and I hope to like it as well. We always know we will get the best and most up to date information from Monti. She studies the cars, answers every question and always goes that extra mile to serve her customer. We have been ignored at other dealerships and given completely inaccurate information at others. Never happens with Monti! More

Great Experience I went to other dealers before coming to Ed Voyles. I was trying to choose between the Chevy Camaro and the Dodge Challanger. I tried the Camaro firs I went to other dealers before coming to Ed Voyles. I was trying to choose between the Chevy Camaro and the Dodge Challanger. I tried the Camaro first and the salesman didn't even try. When I met Miss Monti, she explained all the features of the Challanger and really sold the car. I left with no question what car I wanted. Next time I'm looking I will definitely start with Monti. Oh and by the way, she's also very cute. More

Unfortunately as with any new model it had a design defect and i had to have it repaired multiple times....thru out the process Ed Voyles Service Team went out of their way to take care of me and make the inconvenience as bearable as possible. Eventually the problem is solved and i am happy with the resolution. I would highly recommend my Sales Person (Monti Hansard) and my Service adviser Brett C. along with the sales Manager Jason Graham to anyone wanting to purchase a new car or truck. More
