By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Deni Hall was just fantastic working out an extremely good deal on a 2015 Camaro. The deal was made entirely over the internet. When we arrived at th Deni Hall was just fantastic working out an extremely good deal on a 2015 Camaro. The deal was made entirely over the internet. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was extremely helpful and prepared to conduct the business. We were in and out very quickly. It was a very smooth process and a little fun also. We could not have had a better experience buying a car. Thanks to all involved. More
Great pre-owned buying experience Bought a Pre-owned Nissan Leaf from Ed Voyles - worked with Deni Hall. 1. The price was very competitive among dealer listings and Deni was pleasant Bought a Pre-owned Nissan Leaf from Ed Voyles - worked with Deni Hall. 1. The price was very competitive among dealer listings and Deni was pleasant to work with through-out - answering all questions I had fully, but not randomly throwing unsolicited info with that (which several car salespeople tend to do) 2. All discussions and paperwork happened within the first visit, within a span of 2-3 hours, and without any "car dealer gimmicks" kind of negotiations. I test-drove, signed a paper asking for a price, Deni made that happen, and I signed the rest of the paperwork. 3. I had to make a second visit only to pick up the car - the car was very well washed and clean, and plates arrived a couple weeks later without any follow ups. Overall a very smooth experience - One can never be sure whether it saved me money over other deals, but it certainly saved me a lot of time, effort and stress - leaving me happy with the buying experience. Used Car Sales Department Steve Williams, the Manager/Director of the Used Car Sales department at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Marietta is one truly excepti Steve Williams, the Manager/Director of the Used Car Sales department at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Marietta is one truly exceptional man that I give much thanks and gratitude to. He saved me from what could have been a complete financial disaster for me, when he could have easily just walked away from it. Instead, he not only stepped up to the plate, but went the extra mile for both me and my grand-daughter by putting her in an even better car and personally made sure it was safe and reliable. I don't know of any other dealership or Manager of same, and I have dealt with many, that would do what this dealership and Steve did for us. I am forever thankful and will always encourage anyone that might ask, to purchase their car, new or used, from this dealership. They, and most especially, Steve, will always be A-1 in my book. Thank you again, Steve, for all you did for us. More
Great experience. Get car! Deni Hall helped me find a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week and was great to work with! I didn’t come in expecting to purchase a car, however, I found exactly what I was looking for with her help and it was very reasonably priced based on similar models at different dealerships. The best part was that she wasn’t pushy or rushed to get me to buy it. Would definitely recommend. Request Deni! More
Only interested in getting the check! I was looking to buy a used vehicle I found listed on the internet. Everything started of nicely and I was told that the car is still available. We pr I was looking to buy a used vehicle I found listed on the internet. Everything started of nicely and I was told that the car is still available. We proceeded back and forth via e-mail few times getting more info on the car and how I could arrange to go and see the vehicle. Since I was coming from another state this was not so easy as to drive up there. Soon all I was getting from the sales person was requests to send over a check. I had not seen the car and even the quote was wrong in the beginning. When I asked if they could hold the car until I can arrange my visit they said no. I even said I could put on a down payment but they wanted the whole sum. I then requested if they could organize a transport for the car since I live more that 1000 miles away but again firm no. I even offered to pay for the transport. Still no. At this point dealer stopped answering my e-mails and I thought that was it. Case closed. I did receive one phone call thou asking again if I had already send the check!!! My advice is to avoid this dealer. No service just after your money and this all happened before I even saw the car. yours, J More
Honorable I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to write a negative review and that most people don’t take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I I’ll be the first to admit that it’s easy to write a negative review and that most people don’t take the time to write a positive one, so I thought I would write a few words about my visit to Ed Voyles Chrysler in Marietta. Particularly the Body Shop. I brought a Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change but stopped off at the Body Shop first because I damaged trim on the rear. Gerami Henson, the manager, quoted me a repair price. Like all body shops the price depends on parts and the labor necessary to repair and install the parts. I felt that the repair labor was high but Gerami said if the labor was less he would make an adjustment. Yeah, sure! Who ever heard of a dealer charging you less than the price quoted. It’s always more. Paying less was never going to happen. A part had to be ordered and when I received a call from Melai Trout that the part had arrived, an appointment was set for the following Wednesday at 3:30 PM. I arrived a little early at 3:15 and at 3:29 the car was pulled into the shop and repaired. And exactly what Gerami promised, happened. The labor was less so Melai charged me less. Thank you Gerami and Melai. What an honorable way to conduct business. I have an appointment with the service department tomorrow morning for a mechanic to look at a broken seat part that should be covered under the manufacture’s warrantee. I will keep you posted as to what transpires. More
I cannot recommend. Completely mislead I do not recommend this dealership. I called and took multiple steps to confirm van is available and get a sales mangers price approval. I was told t I do not recommend this dealership. I called and took multiple steps to confirm van is available and get a sales mangers price approval. I was told their policy is that they cannot hold cars, but they can hold keys if you are on your way. I drive with my family to the dealership, test drive the car, and ask salesman to talk to finalize deal. Sales manager comes out and tells me GM sold car last night to cancer patient, but they have not paid money for it. I have the keys in my hand. Sales manager argues that the dealership as the right to choose whom to sale a car to. In my opinion. This is a significant issue with either their integrity or the sales process. Long Version: I will try to state the facts, you can make the judgement call. I called the used dealership for a Honda Odyssey I found online. I ask multiple times to confirm that the van is available because I have been misled before. I even check the stock number, make sure the vehicle is on the site, I ask for pictures that he sends me taken on his phone, and hold the keys for me. I have a 2 young boy and my wife is 7 months pregnant. I tell the salesman to be certain I can buy the car. On the phone. We discuss price, and he offers a price that he confirmed with a manager, but says they might be able to come down if I come out (normal sales pitch). My family drives to the dealership, I test drive the van. The salesman tells me the mislabeled the price due to missing feature and it is a great deal (normal sales pitch stuff). He says they cannot hold cars and they do not take any deposits. They can only hold keys if you are on your way. I inspect it closer and then request the salesman again. Then a sales manager comes out tells the GM who is at a conference, sold the car last night to a cancer patient. I ask if they have paid the money for the car, and they said no. Generally when a car is sold, the keys are removed from the pool. The sales manager then states that salesman did not lie to me b/c he did not know it was sold. He begins to argue me on what a lie is and is not. I say that it is deception on part of the dealership (whether it is a process flaw or person). He then argues with me that a dealership has the right to choose to who to sell a vehicle to. I state that we had a verbal agreement, I have the money to purchase, I have the keys in my hand, and this has taken hours of my morning with my family. He does not sell the car. More
