Horrible managment Day three and still no response from Ed Voles manager! A lot of text and random sorrys from random people but no answers. Corporate call tomorrow! I bring my car in under warranty. 3 items were to be fixed, UNDER WARRANTY!Tell me I HAVE to have this one thing done or my engine will not work properly..... now they want me to pay 450. I asked what they did to correct the first 3 warranty covered issues. ... "I don't know. The Technician didn't document any of that." The only documented was everything that they wanted me to pay for nothing that was covered under my warranty. Then I come to pick up my car and there's no manager! that's right I see at least 10 service people working here and not one manager overseeing them on a Saturday unbelievable! I told them social media was going to be their worst nightmare please feel free to share I'll be calling corporate tomorrow More

No rushing me to make decisions, let me test drive more than a couple vehicles, and then loaned me an identical model to drive home for the night for my wife to try out. Went out of his way to answer all my questions, and I ended up buying exactly what I asked for, no more, no less. My wife purchased her last vehicle from Ed Voyles Honda, so I knew how they treated customers, so this was a no brainer for me. I did do some online comparison shopping, but Ed Voyles and Lyttleton didn't mind, and they beat the best price I could get within a 25 minute drive. They also gave me a fair offer for my trade-in. If my son ends up taking the Jeep in a few years, I do hope that Lyttleton is still around because I would buy from him again. More
