Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer Ed Voyles has a 2017 Chevrolet 3500HD pickup that I was interested in purchasing. I contacted manager Deni Hall and got particulars on the truck. Ther Ed Voyles has a 2017 Chevrolet 3500HD pickup that I was interested in purchasing. I contacted manager Deni Hall and got particulars on the truck. There were no actual pictures of the truck on their website and I requested her to send me some. Deni's response was "just wait until our photographer takes some and we post them". I told her that I did not require professional grade pictures and cell phone quality pictures would be sufficient. She then told me she would get them. It has been 5 days and still no pictures or correspondence form Deni. Deni appears to be a sales manager who enjoys working behind a desk and has a distaste to walk outside and look at and photograph a vehicle that she is selling. I would have made a over 200 mile drive to look at and hopefully buy this $35000.00 Chevy 3500HD if sales manager Deni would have kept her word about sending me pictures. Her lack of professionalism over pictures made me to wonder about her sales skills and the culture at the dealership. I can not recommend Ed Voyles or Deni Hall as a dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

Amazing!! Mario Morales, Jason (sales manager) and Steve (finance) worked very diligently to get the best deal for me possible! They understood my needs and requests for the deal to even happen. There were several hurdles that I felt might be problematic and they glided right thru them with great ease. Mario personally delivered the car to my home. I was working in the yard as they drove up to give me my new Jeep Wrangler! Jason was very understanding and worked swiftly as I threw a new wrench into the deal AFTER the car was delivered and Steve in finance just called me as I was writing this to say he saved me another $2 on my payment!! And guess what... Mario will be making his 3rd trip to me tomorrow with new paperwork reflecting the $2 savings! Folks... I gotta say every bit of this was done from the comfort of my own home and not once stepping into the leadership. Easy peasey! Not once did the team at Ed Voyles think I might not be serious because I was not in the showroom... If anything they worked more diligently and made the deal work!! Sleazy Finance Office My experience was going great until I decided on the vehicle I wanted. I had driven a long way and came in with a pre-approved loan. My mother and fiancé were both with me and we had not had a chance to eat lunch. The finance department kept me waiting over an hour. By then we were getting tired and grumpy. The finance agent then kept trying to double talk and bragging with obvious falsehoods. I explicitly said I did not want an extended warranty and did not sign the form requesting it. By the time I was done, I was hungry, exhausted, and didn’t realize until I got home that he had put the charge for an extended warranty in my contract despite no signature on the form requesting one. I live over 200 miles from. the dealer, and efforts to contact them resulted in getting a lot of blame shifting and ignoring. Two weeks later, my town was hit by Hurricane Michael, leaving me with bigger concerns for a while. It left me with a bad taste and lost any future business from me or anyone I can convince to stay away. More
