AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Recently visit Ed Voyles, interested in the Wagoneer. Alex was the sales person. Not sure if miscommunication or just lack of listening, but Al Recently visit Ed Voyles, interested in the Wagoneer. Alex was the sales person. Not sure if miscommunication or just lack of listening, but Alex heard Grand Wagoneer. Fine, ok...except.. the GM is using that vehicle as his vehicle and Alex coule not locate it the first time we came in. Ok, I'm an understanding person. Set an appointment for the following day at 10am. Showed up at 10.01am, Alex was with another customer. On top of that he was not prepared. He had to use the panic button to locate where the car was on the lot, he did not have it ready for showing. Also, they had quite a few Wagoneers to show, but Alex was only interested in showing the Grand Wagoneer. When he realized that the Grand Wagoneer was NOT what we were looking at, he became rude and argumentative. Finally just gave up dealing with him. He stormed off, so we couldn't even discuss that we were also interested in the Gladiator's. As we arrived back to our car, we saw Sean (Who I wished had been our sales person) walking past. We told him about our unfortunate experience with Alex. He asked us to wait, so that his manager could speak to us. (Biggest waste of time). The manager came out, shook hands, like a dead fish, so oh (a lot), and informed us how great Alex was. So, really didn't listen to his customer at all. Then told us to come back, if we decided Jeep was for us. (Even if I wanted a Jeep, would NEVER buy from them, Customer Service and lies .. no thanks). All worked out in the end...Audi South Atlanta was more than happy to take my money and I had a wonderful customer service experience and ended up with a beautiful 2023 Audi Q7. More
