I needed to drop my car for a service issue and oil change. My service consultant was Michael Patton who was very helpful. He clearly laid out the process and what would be done to my car. When my car was finished, I promptly received a call from Michael letting me know I could pick up my car at my leisure. Since I needed to leave my car overnight, I was given a free Uber ride home and back which I loved! I don't recall the lady's name who handles the Uber scheduling but she was very nice and helpful.
