I have been coming to the dealership since 200 when I purchased my first acura (integra). I can remember the service that was provided and did not have to worry about anything. I do not know if things ha purchased my first acura (integra). I can remember the service that was provided and did not have to worry about anything. I do not know if things have changed and employees are limited in what they can provide to the customer after 2020. This time when I took it in for servicing, I asked if they could take a look at the bumper where a bracket had come off. I was told to check in with the collusion center next door which I did. The person there told me that the technicians were too busy. So I requested if they could take a look later after servicing was completed to which they responded that they cannot - and I have to bring it in personally. As a customer, that is not a great experience. On a similar note, for the last 3 service visits, I have told the person that there is a small leak in one of the tires where the pressure drops by about 4-5 psi every month and I have to manually fill it up. They were never able to find the root cause and nor did the technician report that in the final document. 3 times in a row - I find that surprising. Back in the day, I did not have to worry once I dropped off the car. They would figure out every thing that is needed and if any additional repairs were needed they would call. I hope you can go back to the same service levels as before. Just as an FYI, I bought my second acura after 20 years from the same sales person (Michael Iscaro) and dealership because I just loved the place and the people. More
