Quite an enjoyable experience. Sam was extremely thorough in explaining the operation of the vehicle. Test drive was further than I expected. Actually was intending to buy a Subaru Sam was extremely thorough in explaining the operation of the vehicle. Test drive was further than I expected. Actually was intending to buy a Subaru Legacy and left with a Crosstrek; never even drove a Legacy. Compared to my former vehicle, I could see so much more seated higher and so much easier to get in and out of the driver's seat. The safety features really impressed me, although I will have to go back to have some controls explained to me again. I'm sure the staff will oblige me; so unlike my former vehicle's controls that I was somewhat overwhelmed. Just one visit should "do the trick". I am also impressed with the power of the vehicle; never knew a 4-cylinder could have that much "get-up-and-go". Sam was fun to work with and was very conscientious. If I'm still around in three years (I'm way too old to be doing some the stuff I do and, no I won't go into detail), I plan on buying new again. More

Awful awful awful I will never do business with ed Shultz again after the experience I had with not only sales but service. Lenny was awful to me and put me through so I will never do business with ed Shultz again after the experience I had with not only sales but service. Lenny was awful to me and put me through so much xxxx. Sold me a lemon and then became an arrogant xxxxxxx when confronted about what needed to be fixed. “I can’t predict what will happen to a vehicle” and “I’m not doing anything more for you.” Two quotes directly from his mouth. After calling me at 8pm harassing me from his personal number, I blocked him. Midtown was asked to do the work on my car by ed Shultz. They were so angry and upset by what was happening and how I was being jerked around and treated awful by ed Shultz. Within the first year of having my car, I had to put a new engine in and a new transmission. Both of which ed Shultz refused to compensate for selling me the lemon. I can’t even account for the amount of lies I was told by them. I am beyond done. More
