Soup sandwitch I purchased a 2016 Flex very nice car. The financing was screwed up worse than a soup sandwich. I used my trade in and $10,000.00 for down payment and I purchased a 2016 Flex very nice car. The financing was screwed up worse than a soup sandwich. I used my trade in and $10,000.00 for down payment and applied for the 0% Ford financing. I set up a special account for direct withdrawal. There was a substitute doing the paper work, not their regular finance person. The finance person never registered the 10,000 electronically, so when I called the 800 ford credit number they had me owing 10,000 more than I did. I spoke with the normal finance person and he told me he would get it resolved and call me back that day. Two days went by and I did not hear from him so I called him and he was in touch with Ford but nothing had been resolved. After a couple of weeks it was finally resolved (so I thought) until I got a statement from Ford credit that there was a late charge. Why would there be a late charge if I set up a direct withdrawal with plenty of money to cover the payment. Ford credit never set up the account. What a cluster! I made a call to the normal finance person at Ed Shultz and he arranged a conference call with Ford credit I have been assured that the late charge will be removed and the automatic withdrawal will be set up. In 3-5 business days. Shultz offered me an extra year of roadside assistance. I already have platinum AAA and roadside assistance with my insurance. More

Service for warranty on a transit connect was a frustrating 5 visit marathon, that ended with me just giving up. Service manager was very immature and insulting to work with. Left my new transit with dirty hand prints all over my head ;liner and dirty foot prints on the seats and interior. NEVER do business with this dealership if you do sale your mistake before taking it back for service. More

They really care for the customer. I scheduled my truck for the following week,as I leased both vehicles at the same time.. I received the same treatment as I did with my Edge. Service is excellent ! I will return and I will surely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Not even a donut tire!!! AND Hyundai and Shults did not refund any of my towing costs. That's right, I paid for the tow even though I had roadside coverage with Hyundai. So yes I bought the car but customer service sucks. More
