nice people and get the job done! I called inquiring about a vehicle they had posted on car-fax, the gentleman got right back to me and I had my new vehicle within a couple of days. slow service bad attitudes pawned their problems on the tech over the years dealing with this dealers service department is the worst! I have heard every excuse in the book from their people. but i work for a p over the years dealing with this dealers service department is the worst! I have heard every excuse in the book from their people. but i work for a private transportation co. and this dealer is the closest and my hands are tied cause of distance from to other dealerships is to far for two people to drive and drop off and two people to pick up. besides them just throwing parts at every thing and calling it fixed especially wen its under warranty i cringe every time we have to send them a vehicle if it was not for the vehicles being under warranty thy would never see anything from this fleet i feel sorry for the ford factory that this dealer screws on a daily basis. and to be left on hold for over 10 minutes to come back with i don't wen it will be done wt f does that mean you don't no how long the job takes? i no your tech is only gonna get paid for the time the book says it does so take the service writer out of the pic. and let me talk to the tech cause your middle man is not combatant enough to give it straight this is years of just bad service something needs to be addressed a.s.a.p.
