Called Ed Shultz Ford when my check engine light came on and diagnostic test showed waste gate solenoid problem. Was quoted $151.67 for part and $100 for labor. Got there slightly before scheduled time. Was asked if the part had already been ordered. (It seemed like they were unaware of my appointment even though it had been confirmed by text message) Was told it would be an additional $60 to $100 for them to do diagnostic. End bill was $182.00 for part, not the $151.67 I was quoted and $264 labor. Not the $100 I was quoted, or even the original $100 plus $100 for diagnostic test. Very disappointed that they don't honor their quotes. More

We needed to have the computer set up for trailer brakes. Should be a max 10 min job. I ended up paying an employee for 3 hours of watching techs walk past the truck, leaving lights on until battery was dea Should be a max 10 min job.
