make sure you get an estimate in writing I had my car in for service because when I had the state inspection done I was told that the steering was a little off center and there was some pulsa I had my car in for service because when I had the state inspection done I was told that the steering was a little off center and there was some pulsating in the brakes. I had not noticed either of these conditions while driving the car but scheduled service anyway. I had the first appointment in the morning and even arrived a bit early. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get the initial diagnosis. I was told that I would need a 4 wheel alignment and that the front rotors were rusty and should be replaced. I was told that the rotor replacement would cost about $230 and was not told how much the alignment would cost. It then took nearly another 3 hours for the work to be done. I guess I should have asked how long it would take since I was waiting for the car at the dealer. When the work was finally completed I was shocked at how much it cost. Obviously I was told the price for replacing one rotor. Had I know that it was going to cost twice as much as I was told I may have shopped around and possibly had the work done by a brake specialist. The other bad thing was that I had a coupon for four wheel alignment for $40 less than what it cost me but unfortunately the coupon had expired two weeks before my appointment. More

Made an appointment for an oil change and 21 pt. inspection. Waited a hour and a half for service with some other disgruntled customers who said they once had the maintenance agreement but no longer would purchase it because of slow service. I've waited 45 minutes in the past and thought that was excessive. Why make an appointment if they don't start working on your car right away. Called chad Ramsey , returned one call (voice message) but not the second. If I could get my money back on the agreement I would. Then I could have a 15 minute oil change. Jim Kasperek More

It was painless! Dennis Sealy did a fantastic job! I came in and explained to him what I was looking for and needing from a vehicle. Test drove 3 different models. Great Recovery We have been having both our Hyundai Sonata (purchased at Shults) and Hyundai Veracruz serviced at Shults since we moved from CT to Warren, PA. All We have been having both our Hyundai Sonata (purchased at Shults) and Hyundai Veracruz serviced at Shults since we moved from CT to Warren, PA. All previous service experiences were excellent. However they really botched up on appointments in December and February for the Veracruz. This would have rated a 1 instead of a 5 except for the fact that the service manager made things right by having someone pick up and drop off the Veracruz for the appointment in March when the service was finally completed to satisfaction. He also topped of the gas tank to make up for the extra trip that was necessary to complete the work. More
