Chad checked me in and misunderstood my request, he wrote there was body damage at front lamp area. There is NO body damage at the front lamp area. ) was trying to explain to me why my daytime running lights were not working. First he said he didn't believe Elantra had daytime running lights. When I didn't buy that, he said, and I quote "They will only come on when they are needed." That, my friend is the exact opposite of what daytime running lights are about. My question is who do I talk to to get these lights to work. DRL is on the light switch and the lights are physically in the headlamp assembly. More
Chad Ramsey has a excellent way of dealing with people. I have had my truck serviced here for many years. I am the type of person who wants it fixed and I will give them as much time as possible. Recently I came across a service writer who was not customer oriented. She just looked at me and said "I understand". Well part of this should be to listen to the customer. She did not have the people skills or automotive knowledge to do this job. There has been a change with the service writers and things are back to great service. Chad: continue the great job. More

I made an appointment with Shults of Jamestown and they scheduled me within a few days. After reviewing the problem, they realized it was the switch and installed a new one. They even washed my truck after the new switch was installed...now that is service!!! More

I made the appointment 10 days in advance, stressing that I needed to get in and out because I depend on my car and being without it is difficult. I asked to be scheduled at such a time that this would be possible. The service advisor suggested a 1PM appointment which I accepted. I arrived at the dealership at 12:50pm for my appointment. The service advisor asked if I would be waiting and I told him "yes". I give him my keys and go to the customer lounge to wait. I returned to the service desk at 1:50pm to check on the progress of my service only to see my car still parked where I left it and NOT in the service area. Needless to say, I was disappointed that I had wasted the time waiting an hour and service hadn't even begun. I was out of time so I asked for my keys back and left. More
Fantastic Customer Service My 2014 Navigator was several thousand miles passed its' recommended oil change because of a long trip I had taken. My problem was I had to leave town the next day. I explained my dilemma to the service guy and while not promising anything he told me to bring the vehicle in about 2 or 3 PM. I did. And they were able to work my truck in and helped me make a much needed appointment. They went above and beyond their call of duty and I am very grateful..thanks! More

Car was taken in way after appointment time. The work was very well done. There was an ad in the dealership which offered a $10 mail in rebate on the work we had done.
