100.00 an hour for labor!!! i went in for a check engine light. after an hour, i asked about the progress. a vapor leak. i was told we will do a smoke test. 15-30 minutes. after i went in for a check engine light. after an hour, i asked about the progress. a vapor leak. i was told we will do a smoke test. 15-30 minutes. after another hour, i asked about the progress. oh yeah. it is a valve canister on top of the gas tank. do you want it fixed -15-20 minutes only. so i ended up paying 210.00 dollars in labor charges, plus tax! so... did this mechanic take his 15, 20 or 30 minute break while i waited and ended up paying for that time? why, if this service garage is so reputable, does it take 2 hours to find a leaky cellanoid assembly? you would think that someone would say, this year, make and model has had problems with .... whatever, and then check that our first. instead of wasting my time and money on checking things that never or rarely go wrong. today i paid 409.00 after waiting for almost 3 hours, for the diagnostics, replace cellanoid assembly and program a key fob. Not planning on going back there again. More
Vehicle Lease I couldn't begin to describe how bad this service was. Every time I brought my vehicle for service they messed something up. I had a molding fall off I couldn't begin to describe how bad this service was. Every time I brought my vehicle for service they messed something up. I had a molding fall off of my 2013 for fusion, no big deal I thought, boy was I wrong. It took a full 6 months to get it fixed. Now before anyone jumps to there defense of "well they had to order it" oh no. They called me and said "your part is here" great only took a week. So I being it down for oil change and to get molding done. After u go to get my vehicle the window molding isn't fixed. I ask why they didn't do it. They said "we don't have the part". So I explained that someone called me and told me it was here and they apologized and guy ordered it in front of me. That sounds great right fix there problem right in front of you. Well you would be wrong they they call me a week later and left me a voice mail and said the part was here. So I called to make and appointment. I bring my car in and leave it and when I go back to pick it up molding still not fixed. They told me I called for an inspection not for it be fixed. So i left and brought it back a few months later when it needed and oil change and the car had 4 recalls. They finally fixed the molding and do they recalls but I go back and pick vehicle up and the sticker in the window for oil change wasn't changed. So I walked back in and asked and they said they did and inspection. I asked who does an inspection 3 times in one year. I advised them I wasn't paying for it cause I didn't ask for it. I wanted an oil change so they said they would do it. So I left and went shopping with my wife and they said we will call you when it's ready. This was at 3pm that day (they had my vehicle at 6:30am). Shults doesn't call me when 4:50pm roles around I call and ask if my vehicle was done they stated "yes it has been for 45min". I asked why I wasn't called and she said they attempted and I had no missed called or voice mail. She advised me that they closed in 10min so I had to go across town and got there at 5:05pm and they had someone waiting outside to give me my keys cause they closed. Now this is just my most recent issues with Shults Ford and Lincon. You can see if I gave you all my problems you would be here all day reading. I don't know if anyone will read this but you should be aware that this was my first lease with Shults and my LAST vet disappointed that a local home grown dealership was so awful. I would never suggest anyone to go through them. If you want to to keep money local forget it there service is awful. Also forget about trying to contact anyone down there via email. They won't respond nor will they call you back unless they want something from you. Good luck to you if you choose them as your dealer. More

Charge of changeing a light bulb. Very happy with service but I am not happy that every time I need a light bulb change i am charged to change it , [ don't mind paying for the bulb bu Very happy with service but I am not happy that every time I need a light bulb change i am charged to change it , [ don't mind paying for the bulb but i think it is terrible to be charged to change it , I was quoted $ 24.00. for one bulb however went to Auto Zone and for the same service i paid $5.00 in the last two years have had four light bulbs changed on my Elentra and have saved myself several dollars by going to auto zone . Thank you Auto Zone , I am happy with the service, staff is very friendly other wise so far no complaints. More
