DO NOT take you car here for any service. They are horrible especially if you are women. They try to bully you and lie about everything, Keep your car for days and don't work on it. They finally fixed a repair that was covered under warranty after four days knowing I did not have another car. I also asked them to do a diagnostic on another problem which they wanted to charge me $650.00. Which was also under warranty. I told them do not do it. They charged me 99.00 for a diagnostic test. Which the customer service manager screamed at me when I picked up my truck that his mechanic took hours to diagnosis it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Alan the employee that I worked with lies and apparently doesn't recall conversations you have with him to cover his mistakes. I deserve my money back from Ed Rinke. A few days later I took my truck to a great place and they diagnosed it in 10 minutes. They drove me home and picked me up when it was finished within 3 hours. NO CHARGE for any of the services. My rating for here is a O. More

The collision department is absolutely terrible. Please don’t take your car here! They screwed up the paint and lied about fixing it and the door that was repaired now rattles. My insurance will now have to pay for correct repair work at a competent dealership due to their negligence. Worst experience ever! More
Took my 2015 camaro ss in for service ,the HVAC controls were not working. They diagnosed exactly what I told them,stated I needed radio and ac control unit. They bring out my car the radio is falling out the dash.i lost my mind poed They took my car in did a xxxx repair ,manager gets out my car and said there's your hundred dollars we don't want your money or business. I took my car about a mile later my radio fell out of the dash So I give them a minus 100000000000000 Never go back More

The phone number alone will not go through to the business. I ordered a part from them and have not heard from them in five days. I paid $27 for express 2 day shipping that has not even been sent out yet. I have spent hours on hold with the parent company Ed Rinke Buick Chevrolet GMC waiting on assistance that never comes. I hope this helps others in their decision on parts they need and pay a rush on. More
