Excellent all around! Took my car to Ed Napleton Honda to have a repair done. A service advisor took care of me right away even though I did not have an apppintment. I was told that my repair would take 90 to 120 mins. I was even notified that my car had a recall that they could take care of at the same time. Perfect! My car was ready in under 2 hours. My service advisor very professional and helpful. She took the time to go over all the details with me regarding the repairs. Excellent service! Couldn't be happier! I'll be back for my next oil change! Thank you, Iris! Additionally, Dave the manager is awesome. You can tell he cares about Honda's customers. More

I contacted Chris and asked him if my battery was still under warranty. He pleasantly checked and informed me that it was. I asked if there was anyway he could accommodate me today to replace. He told me absolutely and to bring it right in. When I arrived he was extremely helpful, polite and very informative. Ed Napleton now has my business because of Chris!!!!!! Kudos to you Chris and my sincere appreciation for a job well done. More

worst service ever I made an appointment, came in and I said I need a new cylinder lock for my honda fit. They wrote me up, looked at the car for ten minutes (took nothi I made an appointment, came in and I said I need a new cylinder lock for my honda fit. They wrote me up, looked at the car for ten minutes (took nothing apart) and told me it would be $610 to replace the door lock cylinder. I said that was too much. They responded with well you will have to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. unbelievable. More

Turned away my request for service assistance I had a near dead battery in a leased vehicle that was only 2 years old. I had to call Roadside Assistance who told me to go to a dealer immediately I had a near dead battery in a leased vehicle that was only 2 years old. I had to call Roadside Assistance who told me to go to a dealer immediately for a replacement battery. I spoke with a Service Advisor at Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn and explained my emergency. I asked if there would be a charge if the battery had to be replaced. Because I leased my vehicle (it was 2 years old and had less than 25,000 miles) I knew it should be covered but I just wanted to confirm that it would be replaced at no cost to me. The Service Advisor then asked if I leased the vehicle from Ed Napleton Honda. When I confirmed that I leased from another dealer, he told me that I should go to that dealer and not to Ed Napleton. I live 5 minutes from Napleton and 45 minutes by expressway from Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois! Well, I did go to Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois and they replaced my battery for free and then I requested that they change my oil, filters, add fluids and rotate my tires! I told them how I was treated by Napleton and they said they would never do that to anyone in the Honda family. Everyone at VALLEY HONDA are the BEST - from sales to service, they really treat their customers right! More
