Overall a good experience. Nino was very helpful and pleasant. The used vehicle was pristine and look almost brand new. Price point was good, but I was a little disappointed at the non-advertised deal pleasant. The used vehicle was pristine and look almost brand new. Price point was good, but I was a little disappointed at the non-advertised dealer add-ons that increased the price of the vehicle above the online price. The only way to purchase the vehicle is to accept these dealer add-ons. I wish this and other dealers would be more transparent in the pricing of the used vehicles that are advertised in cars.com and other online sites to include these "hidden" charges. More
WARNING DO NOT!!!!!! I repeat” DO NOT”buy from these WARNING DO NOT!!!!!! I repeat” DO NOT”buy from these people. When you end up paying as much for a used car as it would for the same car new you know WARNING DO NOT!!!!!! I repeat” DO NOT”buy from these people. When you end up paying as much for a used car as it would for the same car new you know they scammed you. Our first mistake was hearing the car salesman tell us that well we post this low prices to get you in here but you have to buy all of the extras and not walking away from the deal. They tack on all of these extras that they refuse to take off of the bill so you are stuck with them after they wear you down from being there for three hours. They scroll through the whole contract on an iPad so you don’t read and end up signing for something you didn’t want added on the final bill. In the future I will stick with car max because they don’t scam you into extra fees what you see is what you get More

Salesperson, Jeffery Parham has passes all buyer expectations yet again. He leased me my second vehicle with him and went out of his way communicating with me as I considered my options. During the expectations yet again. He leased me my second vehicle with him and went out of his way communicating with me as I considered my options. During the buyer process he was even more helpful in assuring that I had all that I required in my vehicle and assured my comfort level. He even began showing me many of the controls in the vehicle. Post purchase, he continued to meet my needs and was accessible to me to answer questions. Larry Chambers the Delivery Manager was clear, concise and patient in educating me in the operations of the vehicle. This is my 4th vehicle leased from the Dealership and I will continue to purchase and have my service there and to refer it to others as well. Went in on a slow day in the middle of the week after a snowstorm to test drive a Civic. A series of things happened: 1. When I arrived, I found out the salesperson I requested via phone call had the d snowstorm to test drive a Civic. A series of things happened: 1. When I arrived, I found out the salesperson I requested via phone call had the day off. It seems extremely disorganized from the customer service part since it was confirmed that the salesperson will be there to assist me. For people who only wish to work with the salesperson of your choice, you might want to reach out to the salesperson individually rather than through the store. 2. Since it was a slow day, barely any sales reps were on the floor when I arrived. The guy I spoke to seemed extremely clueless. It honestly felt like his first day at work. Nothing wrong with that. However, he would wander off randomly without specifying where he was going and began chatting with other staff WHILE LEAVING ME WAITING AT HIS DESK. He’s done that at least 3-4 times for ~5 minutes each. I had to summon him back so I didn’t have to waste more time. My patience was already running low at this point. 3. The car I was planning to test drive was sold a few days before I got there. I understand that cars get bought in fast pace, even though I confirmed with the customer service on the phone to test drive this car specifically. Disappointing nonetheless. The salesperson recommended the same car with a newer model year. Identical features except the price tag was WAY higher. He began making empty promises that he could make sure I’d only pay “slightly” more. 4. Before I visited the dealership, I received an out-the-door price from the Internet Sales team via email. In addition to the $306 dealership fee that most dealerships charge in the area, there were no other miscellaneous fees that other places might sneak in to scam the customers. I appreciated the transparency and honesty. However, that changed very quickly. When I received the quote in person, I was shocked. They tacked on THREE THOUSAND additional fees on top of the usual Tax/Title/License. 5. I did not even bother discussing the cost as it seemed beyond comprehension. I got the information I needed and was about to head out. The person who gave me the quote asked what I was willing to pay. ??? Hold on, this place is advertised as a NO-HAGGLE dealership. He clearly expected me drive the cost down so he started (unreasonably) high. I understand this is a common practice but if you’re doing this at least don’t market yourself as a no-haggle dealership to make you seem like the unicorn. If I have to make a guess, this place gets customers in the door with attractive below-market prices on the Internet and low-ball the customers with ridiculous amount of fees so the customers end up paying more than they would at a regular store. 6. I told the person I did not want to discuss the price further and I was in a rush to head to a different dealership (it was my test drive day). He suddenly became offended and accused me of “price shopping.” It was honestly laughable at that point. Dealerships pull all kinds of gimmicks (sometimes even illegal) for profits and a customer can’t price shop? Hilarious. He said “Good Luck!” with the most condescending tone and ripped the paper copy of the price breakdown to shreds in front of me. Yes, he did that. Extremely rude. At this point, I couldn’t walk out the front door any quicker. All in all, this place demonstrated utmost unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness. As far as I can tell most of the positive reviews of this place are about services. Perhaps that’s what they’re known for (to carry their questionable sales reputation) that I didn’t know about. As for business recommendations, they should start by exploring the discrepancy between the Internet Sales Department and the actual sales team. At least ensuring they’re giving out reasonable prices THAT THEY CAN HONOR. Perhaps setting pricing guidelines and reconsidering the “no-haggle” label can be a start. Most importantly, it is clear as day that many sales reps were poorly trained and lack interests in their job. They all looked like they did not want to be there. Maybe focus on hiring employees based on qualities? Would give less than 1 star if possible. If you’re looking to buy, I guarantee you would have a much better experience elsewhere. More
