Ed Napleton tried to tack on ridiculous fees that our credit union refused to pay. When we went back to get the car, they didn't want to remove the unnecessary, frivolous fees. When we asked for our deposit back, all of a sudden they could remove the fees so that our credit union could cut the check. When we went to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, they "neglected" to include our deposit and had I forgotten, would've kept our money. Fast forward a couple days...we noticed a weird sound and decided to take it back to them to inspect. We were informed that they never inspected the car before they sold it to us and it needed a camshaft and rotors. They agreed to fix the camshaft at no charge because "we didn't inspect the car before we sold it to you." But the rotors we'd have to fix on our own. They had the car for almost 3 weeks waiting on the camshaft. My husband just went to pick the car up today and the cover for the gas tank is missing. A part of the car that had absolutely nothing to do with the camshaft or rotors is gone. Please don't go here for anything!!! They are horrible and don't want knowledgeable customers that have their own financing. Buyer beware! More

Dave WARNING! Do no give this dealership your business. I called to inquire about a 2018 Honda Civic that was listed for $18,500 on their website. Dave received my inquiry and told me to come in for a test drive. At the dealership Howard Becker was the sales staff that accompanied me on the test drive. The car itself had just been brought in and had garbage from the previous owner still in the bins and floors. Howard also mentioned that the detailing and the service had not been done yet. During the drive, Howard explained that I should be realistic and know that the final price of the car will be between 21-22k after taxes and fees. Realizing I had driven about an hour to see this car, he explained how nowadays sales don't make any commission from the car sale but rather from the extra add-ons. He said "back in the days" one wouldn't drive an hour to a dealership because one didn't have price comparisons like we do now. Because the car still needed to be detailed, serviced and inspected, he told me to come back when it was in better condition that day. I came back the next day with my family to test drive the car again. Ready to make the purchase, when we sat down with Howard, he revealed that the final price would be about 24k. He had three packages added to the pricing that were listed on the paper as "optional." When I said I wouldn't need these packages given that it's a used car with rock chips in the front, a scrape on the bumper and an accident already reported in the history, he said (I kid you not) "these packages are optional just as it is optional for us to sell you this car." We were taken aback. I didn't think I needed to haggle about "optional" packages that seemed more mandatory than optional. Any time my family tried to weigh in on the matter, Howard rudely interrupted them and told them not to speak on my behalf. They were not. We all shared the same sentiment. We were uncomfortable and annoyed. After being asked what I was willing to pay for the final price, I said $21,500. It took a while before Howard was back with Corderro Covington, a manager. Corderro told us he could take off the two packages (one ~$300 and another ~$1,300) but not the one listed around ~$900 because "that came with the car." After my family refused, he also told them not to talk because I'm the one purchasing the vehicle. I'm not even sure why I was sitting there listening to the staff insult my family. After much back and forth and me refusing to pay for the extra ~$900, Corderro got up abruptly and said "FINE! 21,500!" and left. This was completely unprofessional and insulting. He made it seem as though we were begging for a free car. We were asking them to honor their website price and what their sales associate had already said the final price would be. Not sure why it took so long, but that's when I decided it was enough and left with my family. Corderro followed us out the door and said he didn't understand why we weren't taking the deal. While standing in the parking lot, he dropped the price to $20,800. I guess suddenly those "optional" packages became actually optional. This dealership had already left us with a bad taste in our mouths so we left. This was not worth it. Dave Reiser called me on my cell phone shortly after and sent a text with a new offer of $20,600. He may have been the only person we worked with that had any sense of decency. He apologized and said if we came back right then, we would be taken care of by another sales manager. I declined. This situation had run its course and giving our business to this dealership felt wrong, at any price. Both the sales associate and the manager need serious retraining. Do not go to this dealership. Only if you are willing to pay for bogus packages they will claim are "optional." More

Daniel was helpful is us finding a truck. After the purchase however it was rather difficult to get a callback for some issues with our truck. Maybe it’s just a miscommunication or fluke. He was extremely patient with us, and he listened to our questions and concerns, and he addressed them to the best of his ability, without trying to pressure us or sell us something that we didn’t want. If we ever buy another car from this dealership, we will definitely ask for Gerald by name. We had some minor issues with the manager, Corderro Covington. After first exploring the option of buying a new vehicle, we ultimately decided to look at a pre-owned vehicle because it would work better for us financially. However, even after we communicated this to Corderro, he kept trying to talk us into getting the new vehicle, and essentially wasted several minutes of our time. I do realize that this is standard procedure, but nevertheless, it is annoying when you’ve made up your mind and someone keeps trying to change it. Also, after closing the sale, my wife and I sat down to sign the documents, and the loan payment numbers on the first draft didn’t match up with what Corderro had quoted us prior to that point, and it came down to Corderro having mixed up some numbers on the calculation sheet. The “surprise!” timing of everything made it look as if something was being changed at the last minute, at a point when we would either not notice the change or be too tired to argue about it. Personally, I suspect that it was an honest mistake, but my wife was especially bothered by it. I would just advise the management staff to be especially careful and ensure that they are paying attention to every detail regarding the numbers they share with their customers. More
