A waste of my afternoon Found the 2010 Honda Pilot I was looking for at Ed Napleton. I live in the north burbs and called to make sure that vehicle was still available. I talked with Carrie who knew I would be driving over an hour to see it. She said it was available and she would personally have the car brought up front and ready for me when I got there. I had a 2:15 appointment! When I got there, the office manager Chett? shook my hand and introduced me to Carrie. Then she sent someone to get the car for me. 20 minutes later.... the car isn't even at the dealership. They sent it out on a loaner and it wouldn't be back for 3 days!!! Some guy apologized and said he would get me a gas card for my trouble. I waited again for 15 minutes and finally left! No gas reimbursement. I get a call when I'm on my way home and he asked me why I left. Hello... my time is valuable and you all have wasted it! I never again saw Carrie or Chett. Terrible customer service!!! I found a Honda Pilot at Elite Motors in Mundelein and am very happy I didn't buy from Ed Napleton if that is how they treat their customers. They weren't going to get a sale from me so they ignored me. Thank you for nothing and for wasting my time, gas and toll money!! More

He was so thirsty what he was willing to lie to the bank and make up a job for me so the bank can lend me the money. He kept insisting and even called out him manager , a huge guy with huge rings , that wanted in intimidate me. then they added on 3000 in tax and fees on a 7000 car. Never again will I step foot in this scam type business. I brought my car at continental and the service was the best. Please look somewhere else. Im not lying. If they can lie to the bank, they can lie to your about the car. Just makes me mad !!! More
Fraud, lies and deception I had an issue with a Theft-Gard Package that was included in a recent purchase. I was unaware at the time that it was being added to the total bill. I had an issue with a Theft-Gard Package that was included in a recent purchase. I was unaware at the time that it was being added to the total bill. Upon discovering this, I contacted Steve Ignowski at the Dealership and explained my situation and that I was not interested in the Theft-Gard package. Steve listened to everything I had to say and then graciously offered to issue me a full refund, stating it would be in tomorrow's mail. That was on Aug 25 and still no check. I spoke with him again two weeks later and he said he remembered our earlier conversation, would see why the check had not gone out, and would call me back later that day. Its been two weeks since that conversation and I still have no check nor will he return any of my phone calls. A small bit of web research shows others who have had similar problems with the same result. Do not trust these people. They will lie right to your face. More

In 2009 I purchased my first crv in 2013 I went back to purchase a Pilot the car of my dreams but ended up with another crv because of my credit sittuation which had me miserable and paying for somthing I really didn't want. But Steve General Manager never gave up on me he kept me n mind an not more than two days ago god bless me with an email from General manager Steve at Nappleton Honda of Oak Lawn saying he can help me get out of that crv an into my dream vehicle at first I felt it was just another advitisment an just kept scrolling through my e-mails. Thank God I went back to Steve General manager of honda message an called Steve invited me in where I met another god sent Sammual Day who Steve had me sit an talk with. these two gentle men went too work finding ways to put me an my family in the vehicle i so badly desired it didn't take long before Steve General manager came an sat down with Sammual Day an I an said I got you in a 2014 Exl Pilot I was so over joyed with tears n my eyes I love these guys an I wouldn't go any where else Honda of Oak Lawn ROCK'S! !!! The General manager Steve took in consideration that I have two disabled children and found that the pilot was a great fit for me an my family I must say thanks again and god bless you'll n all you do over at Ed Nappleton Honda of Oak Lawn. ..
