Great Sales Person I inquired about a car and after exchanging some information over the phone on my trade, I decided to visit the dealer. Once there, I was greeted by S I inquired about a car and after exchanging some information over the phone on my trade, I decided to visit the dealer. Once there, I was greeted by Samer who took over my questions and evaluated my trade while he was showing me the car I was looking for. After three visits and sort it out doubts, I ended up buying the car, a 2013 Cadillac ATS, the car was flawless and pristine. There's two part of the process when you buying a car, the car itself and the salesman experience, being the lather the most important one and I found it on Samer, he didn't put any pressure or pushing me into rushing decisions; he was patience, kind and honest, he presented to me a transparent transaction. After I make my decision to buy the car and putting all the numbers together, he lead me to the finance department, where they consolidated the financing I was looking for, for which I am truly happy. The bottom line is that they make me feel appreciated for my business and honored me as a customer. Samer respected my times and answered my questions, giving me the best advice in every situation when we run different scenarios. More

He came in four hours earlier than he supposed to just to help me so I can see the car and take it for a test drive as I'm out of town customer. He is in top of his game and knows what he is doing. I live approximately 90 miles from Oak Lawn but their internet special pricing made the trip worthwhile. My Sales Person was MJ and he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. MJ has followed up on the sale both via phone and email. I would definitely not hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Napleton Honda. The facility is also very nice. If I was in the market for a new Honda in the Oak Lawn area Napleton would be high on my list. Why not 5 stars? In general, the vehicle was nicely detailed and in very good condition. The car included an interior detailing service and the interior looked good at first glance. When I removed the temporary floor mats and protective film, I noticed that the carpeting was somewhat stiff in areas and did not look terribly clean. In fairness to the dealership, because I live 90 miles away I did not contact the them on this issue and just re-cleaned the carpet myself. This additional cleaning improved the appearance and removed the stiffness. Just something to check out before you leave, especially if you live far away. I was slightly disappointed with some of the details of the final pricing. As noted previously, I drove approximately 90 miles to see this care because the internet pricing was very good. However, as we were negotiating it was explained that a $496 glass etching security enhancement service was already included with the vehicle and this was not part of the internet price. I recognize that these types of adders are common at many dealers. In my case, one of the primary reasons for using the internet in the search is because of my dislike of the negotiating process. For me, these types of adders create an additional nuisance factor in that process. This would not keep me from considering Napleton again but I would be more aggressive in the negotiations related to the adders. More

Based on our needs and our price range, Mo gave us options and great suggestions. We bought what we wanted and what we can afford. At the time of our purchase, I was greatly concerned about services. After using their services several times, all of my concerns are gone. As a mater of fact, when I bring the car in for service, I always say hello to Mo. He is just as helpful then as he was when we bought the car. The folks at this dealership really cares about customers even after they sell you a car.
