An excellent place to purchase a car! I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs. So, I checked out cars available at Napleton Honda online, found a CRV I liked a lot and went in for a test drive. That SUV was too expensive for my budget so Peter took me on a test drive in a 2014 Honda Civic. It handled great and was just what I was looking for. I spoke with Tony Chippas over the phone the day before and he was very encouraging and assured me they would take care of me in finding the right car. Tony introduced me to Peter and he took it from there, with Tony helping in the process from time to time. They let me take the car to my mechanic for a thorough once over and made any recommended very minor adjustments needed when I returned. They were most encouraging throughout the entire process. I got approved for the loan and was taken to the finance department where I met Frank who patiently explained everything to me and offered me a great deal on extras like an extended warranty that fit my needs. I couldn't ask for a more competent and friendly group of gentlemen. Buying a car can be an intimidating process, but Tony, Peter, and Frank made it easy and flawless. Thank you so much for being so professional and for treating me like a friend, not just another customer. Your phone calls to me later in the afternoon and this morning showed that you are grateful for your customer's and want to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I appreciate you all! Danny who touched up any nicks in the paint to the point that it looked like they were never there. Dominic who came out and measured the tread on my tires giving me the okay that they were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. And Ricky who detailed my car, cleaned the interior and made it look brand spanking new! All three talked with me personally and said they would be happy to help with anything else I needed. They were so friendly and accommodating and did such a great job that they deserve kudos, as well! My car looked like brand new when they were finished servicing it! All of these gentlemen, Tony, Peter, Frank, Danny, Dominic, and Ricky, shook my hand and said they were happy to help me! It doesn't get any better than that! Super job to all of you!!!! Visiting car dealers is second only to a root canal in my rankings of unpleasant experiences. All three of these gentlemen Tony, Samuel and Dave went out of their way to make my purchase quick and easy. They valued my time as much as I do and made my purchase a pleasant experience. Great Service & a Fair Deal I bought a very clean, low mileage Dodge Challenger 392 from Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn last week and am very satisfied with the service I received I bought a very clean, low mileage Dodge Challenger 392 from Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn last week and am very satisfied with the service I received from both Chris Williams and Tony Chippas! After many months of looking, they had the EXACT car I wanted. I met Chris and he provided the car for a test drive right away. Prior to coming to the dealership I had already done a ton of research online, went to other dealerships, knew pricing for my model and was happy that the price online was the exact price quoted at the dealership. There were extra "experience" charges that I would never use due to my distance from the dealership, however Chris and Tony were up front and worked with me to eliminate the charges that I did not want or need. Chris was not pushy and allowed us needed time to discuss without feeling pressure. Chris was very easy to deal with, bent over backwards to make sure my family was comfortable and addressed my questions/needs during the process with calm and respect. Tony the Sales Manager, was also very involved in the entire process, made sure we were happy and worked directly with me to get a fair deal. Again, I had done a ton of research and knew what a fair price was for my auto. If I felt like I was being played, I would have walked out. Tony was also excellent to deal with, explained value for few extra charges that I chose to keep and even provided me with a gift card on my way out. He also had some good input related to the brand and tech, as had a similar auto that was his driver. I left satisfied that I had received a fair deal on my Challenger and would recommend this dealership to others. More
