Great Service & a Fair Deal I bought a very clean, low mileage Dodge Challenger 392 from Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn last week and am very satisfied with the service I received I bought a very clean, low mileage Dodge Challenger 392 from Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn last week and am very satisfied with the service I received from both Chris Williams and Tony Chippas! After many months of looking, they had the EXACT car I wanted. I met Chris and he provided the car for a test drive right away. Prior to coming to the dealership I had already done a ton of research online, went to other dealerships, knew pricing for my model and was happy that the price online was the exact price quoted at the dealership. There were extra "experience" charges that I would never use due to my distance from the dealership, however Chris and Tony were up front and worked with me to eliminate the charges that I did not want or need. Chris was not pushy and allowed us needed time to discuss without feeling pressure. Chris was very easy to deal with, bent over backwards to make sure my family was comfortable and addressed my questions/needs during the process with calm and respect. Tony the Sales Manager, was also very involved in the entire process, made sure we were happy and worked directly with me to get a fair deal. Again, I had done a ton of research and knew what a fair price was for my auto. If I felt like I was being played, I would have walked out. Tony was also excellent to deal with, explained value for few extra charges that I chose to keep and even provided me with a gift card on my way out. He also had some good input related to the brand and tech, as had a similar auto that was his driver. I left satisfied that I had received a fair deal on my Challenger and would recommend this dealership to others. More

I knew which car I wanted and Chris had it available for me to test drive right away. During the drive Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. Prior to coming to the dealership I had already comparison shopped online and was pleased that the price online was the price quoted at the dealership. There were a few extra charges that almost caused me to leave without purchasing the car, however Chris was able to work with me to find a solution which was very much appreciated. Chris was patient and not pushy and allowed my wife and I to discuss when needed without feeling pressured. I highly recommend Chris to help you out when purchasing your next car! Tony the Sales Manager, was also involved in the entire process and ensured we left happy and feeling like we got a fair deal. Tony was available to answer all our questions and even provided some advice beyond what was expected. The only complaint I would have is that the guy helping us with financing noted two keys; but then when we left the dealership there was only one key for the car. Not a huge deal (and probably something I should have asked Chris directly about earlier in the process) but now that I know new keys cost a few hundred dollars, this is something everyone should remember to ask! Overall, my wife and I left satisfied that we had received a fair deal on our new Honda and would recommend this dealership to others. More

Wonderful Customer Service! I was summoned to the dealership by my friend and long time customer, James Barrow. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and welcomed by Gerald Griffin. He anticipated my questions and offered answers before I could ask them. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy. After I made my decision, Gerald made the process so much smoother and easier to traverse. Gerald was extremely thorough, making sure the windows were fingerprint free, the keys worked, and the plates where taken off my old car. I chose the car I wanted, they gave me what I needed for my trade in and I was in and out in a couple of hours from start to finish. My salesperson, Christian was fantastic and informative and helped me transfer my things. He showed me how to use all of the "fancy" new things on my van and made sure that I knew how to set everything up before I left the dealership. The Sales manager, Russ was fantastic and Tony in finance was not scary at all- he was informative and helpful and not pushy. I am so glad that I did not have to waste time shopping around, I went straight to Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn and bought exactly what I wanted. LOVE my minivan! More
