An excellent place to purchase a car! I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs. So, I checked out cars available at Napleton Honda online, found a CRV I liked a lot and went in for a test drive. That SUV was too expensive for my budget so Peter took me on a test drive in a 2014 Honda Civic. It handled great and was just what I was looking for. I spoke with Tony Chippas over the phone the day before and he was very encouraging and assured me they would take care of me in finding the right car. Tony introduced me to Peter and he took it from there, with Tony helping in the process from time to time. They let me take the car to my mechanic for a thorough once over and made any recommended very minor adjustments needed when I returned. They were most encouraging throughout the entire process. I got approved for the loan and was taken to the finance department where I met Frank who patiently explained everything to me and offered me a great deal on extras like an extended warranty that fit my needs. I couldn't ask for a more competent and friendly group of gentlemen. Buying a car can be an intimidating process, but Tony, Peter, and Frank made it easy and flawless. Thank you so much for being so professional and for treating me like a friend, not just another customer. Your phone calls to me later in the afternoon and this morning showed that you are grateful for your customer's and want to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I appreciate you all! They were so friendly and accommodating and did such a great job that they deserve kudos, as well! My car looked like brand new when they were finished servicing it!
